HSL Chairs - Orpington Avis 

Visit to the showroom and service from all the staff who were very helpful and knowledgeable on our 3 visits to the store. Jonathan was our main consultant but other members of staff were equally good.

Yesterday I took my 90 year old mother into your Orpington store and spent an hour with Ros picking the right chair and fabric for her. The whole team were kind and patient and made her feel listened to. We had a budget and they didn’t try to upsell. We can’t wait to get the chair…

Friendl y sfaff, clear demonstration of chair no coercing to buy just simple explanation of how the chair works and how much each part would cost.

Terri was really helpful and patient with my elderly parents. There was no rushing or pushy sales talk. She answered all our questions and then stepped away to allow us time to talk about the choices.
All the staff were lovely and I would highly recommend the chairs. My father is 6 foot 4 tall and the chair they showed him was a perfect fit.

Ros in the shop was most helpful and attentive at all times. Where you fell down was getting material samples to choose from. When first ordered after three weeks they had not arrived.A re-order came quickly. Postal service?

We visited Orpington branch yesterday, the shop was very well laid out with lots of choice. We were served by Jon, he was very helpful and polite. He didn't mind how many times he had to cost all the different scenarios we asked about, he even made me a lovely cup of tea! I would highly recommend visiting HSL if you are looking for suites, recliners etc.

Our sales lady Christine in the Orpington showroom was very patient in helping us make the right decision.

We were very impressed that she was understanding of our needs.

L before and have been well satisfied with them , so as we wanted to buy chairs again it was a no brainer that we would return to H.S.L. we went to your Orpington branch and I must say we were welcomed and nothing was too much bother everything was explained to us and all oir questions were answered. Great service from Jon very knowlegable about the chairs and you get to see the chairs and sit in them so you choose what is right for you.

We ordered our recliner chairs from the Orpington Branch. Jon was very attentive and knowledgeable and ensured the chairs we ordered were suitable for both our needs.
We placed our order after Jon went through the ordering process thoroughly.
Nothing was to much trouble for Jon and
he provided a great customer service whilst we were in the shop.

I went into the Orpington branch on the off chance and saw just the right chair, a half price ex-showrooom model, which I could take away. No delivery on such items. Christine and her colleague were very friendly and helpful, including offering me refreshments and then helping to load the chair into my car. They also alerted me to exemption from VAT because of my high blood pressure!
