They should have contact phone support as well as some people like me want to contact directly. Only whatsapp that also take long some time.

Great collection of serveware for restaurants

We run a restaurant order few trays from them at the exhibition. Found them of great quality. We than ordered again and added more products for catering and serve the customers. Loved their salt and pepper range they have amazing collection. Great experience from packaging to product quality and pricing. Delivery took little longer but no issues.

Products good quality. Excellent delivery but lengthy returns from outside UK

Update: the returns procedure, ftom outside UK anyway, is extremely cumbersome and lengthy. (Approx 3 weeks) It takes days for return to be approved before you get your returns label and then a long time for it to be processed after retirn. I have never had such a wait for returns to be sorted when returning to other conpanies. The product itself arrived quickly and was good quality to be fair. I has to deal with an assistant on WhatsApp to get the returns sorted, who, thankfully, was excellent and kept in contacf with me throughout the lengthy process. There is a significant charge for international returns (i think it was €15), but part of this was waived fue to the length of the delay. I would order from here agsin if it was something i was sure i wouldn't need to return.

I need to return an item and am waiting 4 days for a response from them. When you submit a return you have to wait for an email telling you it has been approved. Have emailed them asking for an update and still no response. Very frustrating.

Maybe a good local company.

The product itself was exactly as described. If you're local they may be a better company. If you're not, it's not working with the company.

After going through the refund process (which was awful) they denied me and said they would give me a courtesy refund of $20 which sounded great, right? Turned out it was in-store credit only. Nothing in the store is $20 and because it's located in the UK, the shipping alone would be half the "courtesy refund". Absolutely pointless.

PORCELAIN MUG

I recently purchased a porcelain mug with a HERONS motif. It was for a special purchase to a presenter of a new programme I am watching on YouTube..
This company, who I purchased the mug from, were fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble. They even added a lovely gift card for me.
The gift was shown on tv this morning (18.02.26.)and the presenter was delighted.
I recommend this eBayer without hesitation . Order with confidence, you will not be disappointed. The personal touch was exceptional and very much appreciated. No need to question if I will use them again.

Excellent customer service after receiving defective product.

This is my reply to my previous review which I gave one star for the poor quality of the product. Customer service came back to me and said that upon reviewing the article, they discovered a significant number of defective bowls in their FIG BOWL line. They raised their concerns with their manufacturer, and the product has been delisted until they receive their feedback. A full refund was given (including the delivery charge).

I had great experience with hstrends. I purchased love and roses blue denim jacket which i was looking for everywhere. Ordered it snd got it in 2days. Full 5 star for the whole experience. Will definitely shop again.

Bought the denim jacket with the hoodie. Delivery was smooth and quality of the product seems better than the high street shops.
Want to see them grow. Website experience can be improved as it’s bit slow. Also the thank you card was nice.

Shipment has taken 3 weeks and still not arrived. No real explanation or move to speed things up. Would never buy from them again

Thanks for taking time to leave us a feedback. Sorry about the bad delivery experience. As you were explained on many occasions on the email about the reason and why the order was delayed. Definitely 3 weeks should not be a the time that someone wait for after order.
Last time when I checked it was showing out for delivery on our system. That was on 18 and it has been delivered on 19.
As I mentioned in mail as well. we don't have any influence on the delivery partners. After dispatch it's entirely up to them to keep up with their service time. We respect our customers opinion and work on the feedback to improve the service.
We appreciate your patience and understanding and hope you'll re consider and next leave us 5 star review.

Incredible customer care!

I ordered a flat head table lamp in silver. When it arrived I thought it looked gold. I contacted Hstrends to query the colour and their reply was immediate. I couldn't believe how quickly they responded to my query. Their customer care is wonderful! And, I very rarely give reviews. I would say that the silver is not the shiney description but more of a brushed silver effect.

Fantastic service from Hstrends

Fantastic service from Hstrends. The bedspread is fab quality and sold at a very good price too and the thank you card was a very nice personal touch. Although the item was dispatched quickly, the courier took a few days to deliver the parcel, but it was well worth waiting for. I would recommend Hstrends and will shop with them again.
