Unhappy Customer!

The product was the wrong size and I couldn’t exchange it for the next size up. I had to return it. I chose a store credit for the return but haven’t received it and my emails to your company go unanswered. Also, nobody answers the phone- ever!

best jeans i own, perfect rise + perfect fit in general, super hard to find jeans that fit right length-wise as a 5’3 girl but the 30” ones are absolutely perfect.

I sent an email explaining the problem and asked if it could be mailed to the correct address, but I still haven’t heard back yet. I would love to hear back if this is possible.

I got sent the wrong order

I got sent the wrong order, didn’t receive the multiple bikinis I ordered instead got someone else’s package. Got charged $60 in duty fees for a package that’s not mine. Now no one is helping me find my package or resolve this issue
