Very happy with the service I received
Very happy with the service I received. The website was very easy to use and I found my new fridge very quickly. Used the webchat to ask some questions and got a response immediately. Delivery was also very quick and the delivery guys were helpful, giving me some useful tips for my new appliance. Will definitely use again.

Washing machine delivery
Washing machine delivery, the guys were friendly and very efficient. Would 100% order again as my original order with Argos was denied as DHL decided they weren’t able to park up near my house!

Faultless service
Recently bought a SMEG range cookers from your Harrogate store. The salesman was really helpful and knowledgeable - providing honest and accurate advice for the cooker that would best meet our needs. He arranged a convenient delivery date, ensured the fitter was available and made sure the old cooker plus packaging was disposed of.
Throughout the process he contacted us regularly to keep us informed. Everything went brilliantly and I would definitely both recommend and would use again. Thank you so much

Range cookers are something we are extremely passionate about, there are so many potential pitfalls if you buy the wrong one so we love to make sure we get everything right for our customers. You might think it takes longer to pick a range cooker talking to our advisers but not compared to doing all the homework yourself :-) and we can arrange all the services to make sure it's installed perfectly every time.

Dear Mrs Keeble, we are extremely concerned that you are still not happy about this installation. We feel that we have done everything within our power to rectify the issues you have made us aware of. We have tried phoning you to find a route forward but you do not return our calls.
The hood was moved at your request 3mm to line up better with your hob and the new position was verified by you on-site and signed for. We have credited you completely for the fitting charges as a gesture of goodwill.
With reference to the scratches on the hood we offered you a replacement free of charge, again with no charge for the fitting.
We can only apologise again for the delay replacing the fridge door but this was outside our control due to the correct part being out of stock with the Samsung service agent. At all times John kept your mother up to speed with our efforts to expedite the repair and we have the email trail between ourselves, Samsung and your mother showing this.
If you would allow us to resolve the issue with the scratched hood our offer to replace it is still there and John is more than happy to assist.
Generally our fitters are clean, efficient and courteous and our other reviews demonstrate this. Specifically with your installation it would appear we have let ourselves down, we recognise this and have attempted to rectify the faults described. We will learn from this and remain absolutely committed to offering the best customer service in York.

washer broke down on Tuesday, chose a new one on line in the afternoon and new washer delivered,installed & working and old unit removed on Wednesday. Great service, thanks.
