Well Done
Just finished the new kitchen and purchased a range, dishwasher and fridge freezer from the York, Monks Cross outlet. The staff could not have been more helpful, giving plenty of time to browse then very professionally answering all enquiries. A particular mention for Adam who was outstanding, made sure we got the best deal and then followed up the process even after delivery. I have already recommended the experience to friends and will continue to do so. You've made our Christmas and hope you all have a great time too.

Our new larger store at Monks Cross means we have (probably :)) the best appliance displays in the area and all our showroom team are trained on everything you will see. Ordered a new Washing machine and it was delivered within five days as promised.Delivery men were polite and efficient.They took away the old machine and fitted the new one.Highly recommended and would definitely use again.

Wonderful service from start to finish
Wonderful service from start to finish. Seamless. My washer dryer stopped draining so couldn’t use it. From the first phone call to the shop, the call to the engineer through to engineer visit it was all so easy and straightforward. And the engineer showed up when he said he would - a rare treat. This is customer service at its very best. Thank you.

Excellent service. Easy to purchase product online. Booked installation which was reasonably priced. Staff called to say when they would come. Turned up exactly when they said they would, were incredibly professional, friendly and quick. Would happily purchase from here again.
