Complete Scam

Complete Scam. Stay away from this company. It is a fly by night marketing company which gives you a great sales pitch by a fellow named Pete. The sales pitch is "Give us 14 days, and we’ll fill your tour calendar with our hands-free enrollment marketing system.
If it doesn’t work, you don’t pay."
The scam works like this. Pete quotes a very high rate, something like $20K as a one time fee and free support thereafter. When you negotiate, the fee is reduced to $10k, but only if you sign up, then and there. I thought I was smart, so I asked for references. I was given three references from daycare owners. Two of them did not respond to my request. One guy responded and his response was, "they (Hubbli) do what we tell them".
I am an optimist so I thought, hey what is the downside? They will return the money if it does not work out. BIG MISTAKE. They will not return even if they fail to produce a single lead or tour.
The credit card was charged, and in about 10 ten, we received two leads-- both of them from Ontario, Canada. We are located in FL, U.S. Mind you we paid for the ads which had created the two leads from Canada. When we complained, we were told that it was because of a software error and we will get a refund for our ad expense and a discount of $500 for the error. The email of apology came from the CEO. The money was never refunded nor did we get a credit of $500.
Now we cannot get hold of the CEO or Pete. They have disappeared. I don't think we are the only school that they did this to. There must be a lot of pissed off customers. We received a total of 2 leads in 45 days that we were with them. The 2 leads made tour appointments but never showed up. I believe that the leads were not real potential clients, but rather ghost clients. You know what I mean.
The CEO claims that he has the IP technology worth $10B and major VC funding. Good luck to Jono Landon, the CEO. I hope he has his numbers handy for the VC funding.

They don't deliver what they promise. Not even close.

They will post Facebook ads (that you pay for) without any target audience, testing, or any mechanism for measuring results. They claim that they have to do this in order to see what people will click on, (assuming that the people who are clicking on the ads are your customers, which how would they know since they're not advertising to anyone in particular). In our case, it was ages 18-45 in a 5 mile radius. We live in an area that is concentrated with graduate school students who don't even have children. We don't have any teenage parents. We don't accept students under 3, and we don't have peri-menopause aged moms. The landing page they created to attract summer camp students, had pictures from a parent event and the wording talked about preschool, despite the title saying "summer camp." They used the term split-testing but they only posted a single ad. They didn't know what KPI (Key Performance Indicators) meant and the CEO admitted in an email that he doesn't know how FaceBook's algorithim even works. He said, "it's worth billions of dollars" yet he couldn't even explain it at a high level. Regarding their guarantee, be careful. It's not based on results, even though they say, "if it doesn't work, you don't pay." This is misleading because the "it" that they are referring to is the functionality of the platform and landing page. Not on what you're actually paying for, they don't guarantee they know what they're doing because they do not know what they are doing. Knowing your client is Marketing 101 and they don't even ask about your client. Your onboarding meeting will be to setup a Facebook ad. The company is owned by venture capitalist. I wish I knew that before we signed up because that should tell you everything you need to know about how they do business.
