Sizing issues with my first order and the fast turn around on getting me the correct one was amazing. Customer service was helpful and went above and beyond even after I said to close ticket. They took the time to still verify things just to be 100% sure. While I am sad their sizes dont really match most industry norms, the help to get me into something that did fit makes this a worthwhile company to shop at. The product itself is fantastic. I didn't know what to expect for my first waxed jacket. I am blown away at how it looks and feels.

The people at Huckberry are GREAT!! I bought a shirt for my son's birthday and then read that it might shrink and ran on the small side. So that he could open it on his birthday I suddenly realized he might miss the return window if it was too small. I received a lovely email telling me to let them know if he needed to return it offering to extend the 30 day return deadline. Who does that? Only a great company with quality clothes (I've bought a lot of things there for my son). Thank you!!

My order arrived on time, well-packaged, and exactly as described—always a good start. I was a little nervous about the famous “10-year hoodie” after reading that it might shrink in the wash, so I sized up. I usually wear a medium but went with a large, figuring I’d either grow into it… or let the laundry handle it.

When it arrived, it was definitely on the roomy side—less “tailored fit,” more “borrowed from a taller cousin.” I even started a return for a medium but forgot to send it back before a long trip (classic move). When I followed up, customer service reassured me it would shrink in the wash. I was skeptical—but gave it a shot.

Turns out, they were absolutely right. One wash later, the hoodie fit like it was made for me. Honestly, it felt like a controlled science experiment with a very cozy outcome.

I’ve been a Huckberry customer for years and have bought a lot from them. Every now and then I run into an issue or need to return something. I have to say, this team is always willing to roll up their sleeves and go above and beyond to solve problems for customers. They’re fast, efficient, and responsive, and that’s one of the reasons I keep coming back.

The quality/craftsmanship of the Huckberry lines is simply, one of a kind. I’ll be 63 in 45 days…whose counting!…and I continually find clothes, shoes, accessories, that are unique and to my liking. I don’t buy everything, but I do keep a list. As I type this, I have a pair of Flint & Tinder kaki’s on and a new camp shirt I just received today. I am beyond comfortable, dare say I look snappy too! It is worth trying on what catches your eye.
