I wanted to buy glasses which were marked as not being able to ship internationally. I contacted customer service and they quickly fixed the issue such that I was able to proceed with my purchase.

Looking for something else, I found that I never received part of an order from years ago. When I asked Huckberry about it, they promptly looked into it and issued me a store credit. Super impressive!

Huckberry is a top notch company which not only sells high quality apparel and other stuff, but also takes care of their customers as f any issues arise. I have been their customer for several years long and switched almost all my apparel for the stuff like Flint and Tinder, Relwen and Proof. I highly recommend them!

I purchased a pair of shoes online from Huckberry. Unfortunately, they were left in an unsafe location by the delivery company, DoorDash, and were stolen. I wrote to Huckberry explaining what happened. This was Good Friday afternoon. On Monday morning I was getting ready to call Huckberry, expecting a fight, when I received an email from Christian in Customer Service telling me they were preparing my replacement order for shipping (with UPS.) Wow! That’s great service. I would definitely buy with confidence from Huckberry again.

My order was damaged in transit (damage to packaging and product) and I sent a message to Huckberry that evening when I got home and discovered it. A Huckberry rep responded that night and had a replacement on the way within an hour! Amazing service! They even gave me a discount on my next order.

I've shopped here on and off for years. I always receive my packages in only a couple of days. Their customer service team has helped me out a few different times. I'll continue to shop here.

I've been buying clothes and gear from Huckberry for years and never had an issue. I bought a product and after the first wash, it had some issues, which is not normal. I was reluctant to email, but ended up emailing support a note and asking if they were experiencing this with other customers and sent a picture. Without even asking, they refunded my money and gave me a discount coupon for another purchase AND didn't ask me to return the damaged gear. Super proactive, empathetic, positive...just great customer service. What you would expect for a more premium brand, like Huckberry.

They are serious about service. I had a package that somehow got lost. They jumped on it. From my email to resolution in minutes. I'm not sure how you could ask for more. To top it off, they sent a 20% off coupon and an apology for the inconvenience. I would buy from these guys any time and will again. I wish more companies took this attitude towards their customers. Good job, Huckberry. I'm with you now.

I was looking through an old email address and found I hadn't gotten Huckberry moved over to my regular email.
I emailed their customer service and received a message in 24 hours. They changed the address, stopped the old one and all was done.
I have not gotten the same service from other retailers. Thanks Huckberry!😻

Ive always liked their clothes. To me the designs are classics and construction durable. The site also helps customers make decisions on sizing and styling.

I had an issue with one of their jackets and they were quick to remedy the situation, exceeding my expectations. I will certainly buy from them again.

I purchased a brown Boiled Wool Station Jacket.Initially I had to exchange the medium coat for a large. Upon receiving the large I could tell it wasn't brand new. I let support know about this and they quickly apologized for this error and sent me a brand new replacement. I love the coat and appreciate how quickly they remedied the unusual situation.
