The response and resolution were quick and completely satisfactory. The item had some delivery issues, but once I contacted support they sent a replacement overnight and even added a 20% discount on my next purchase for the inconvenience. In my opinion, this is truly an A+ class experience

Amazing customer service from the Huckberry team. I was excited to receive my first purchase from Huckberry as I really liked the style. Unfortunately my package was delivered to an incorrect address. Don from the support team came to the rescue, and within a day it was deemed lost, a replacement package was sent immediately with expedited shipping. Finally received the package, tried on the clothing (flint and tinder selvedge denim, cardigan and some sneakers) and they fit really well plus super comfortable. Pretty satisfied and this will now be one of my go to online store.

Their clothes are top quality, well made and they curate a stylish collection. Sizing across brands can be challenging but they have detailed size charts for each item and can always help on chat if required. They can even suggest outfit combinations.

I had a great experience with the service; it was fast and friendly. The clothes arrived and I'm enjoying them. Tinder and Flint are fantastic, made in the USA.

I had an issue with a recent shipment and Huckberry was able to fix it quickly and without further action needed from me.

I have purchased items from Huckberry before, but it has been awhile. I saw a pair of shoes similar to the ones I previously had purchased but had a question about size and military discount. I got an immediate response to both questions and I was lucky both times. I ordered the shoes immediately.

Huckberry has an excellent selection of products. I ordered 2 sweaters and received them within a couple days . I was concerned about a small defect on one of the sweaters. Customer service was excellent and quick . I definitely recommend Huckberry.
