Anytime I reach out to Huckberry for support it is an easy experience.

This most recent time, I bought some items on sale and then a few days later they added an additional 15% off for sale items. I know some companies would've said no and made me ship the items back and repurchase to get this but not Huckberry. Christian applied the discount as a refund to me, no fuss and 100% service in mind. Huckberry has me as long as it continues to serve its customers this way.

I must say that my customer service experience with Huckberry may be the best I've ever had anywhere. Long story short...There was an error in that what I had ordered wasn't exactly what I received. Frankly, what I received was acceptable enough that I decided to accept it, and save myself the hassle of going through the return process. A few days later I got the standard "How did we do" email. I sent them a reply. In less than 24 hours I was contacted by Jhon in customer service, sent him a photo to confirm the issue and a replacement was sent to me. No hassle! Incredibly fast resolution! Kudos to Jhon and the customer support team. They are truly the gold standard!!!!

Huckberry - Quick Refund on broken product. I recently puchased the Whiskey Peaks teton glass set from Huckberry's Austin Sample Sale in February and I found one of the glasses broken inside upon opening the box. The sample sale, as I understood, was a final sale so I didn't think I would receive any help with this item but I decided to email customer support anyways. They were kind enough to contact the sample staff and trace my purchase of the item and refund the value back to my account. Jhon was very quick with his replies and was easy to talk to regarding my issue. I'd like to thank Jhon for his support

Great products! Great customer service! What's not to like?

I've been a Huckberry fan for several years now. Not sure I buy my clothes from anywhere else. I've recommended it to several friends who have also become loyal customers. I likely order 4-6 times per year. Customer service is outstanding if I need to switch out sizes etc. As soon as the return gets scanned in at the post office, another one ships. I was in the military and appreciate their discount which happens seamlessly as opposed to other companies. They have great brands and great quality.

I had a great experience with Huckberry, even though the specific item I was looking for was out of stock. I worked with Jhon (love the spelling!), who provided a remarkably quick response.

It’s rare to find customer service where someone truly "knows their stuff" and takes the time to understand your dilemma. Jhon really put himself in my shoes and made me feel heard. Even without the item in hand, the level of support I received ensures I’ll be back. Highly recommend!

Huckberry is a brand of people that just “get it”. The products have a great focus on quality and functionality with a nod to heritage taste. The customer service and return (plus other) policies are fair and consistent, bringing confidence to shopping and delivery is always solid. I’ve been shopping here for years and you can tell these great people shop at and use the same things they’re selling. It just makes sense. My only critique is… keep more things in stock and try to reduce the “limited” SKUs people love!

I love Huckberry’s products and style. I ordered several pairs of Flint and Tinder 365 pants. One of the pants didn’t fit like the others. I sent them an email. They responded quickly and had me take some pics and measurements to make sure the fit was how I stated. Within minutes they responded back to me with another pair of pants in mail and thanking for reaching out to them. Great service! Great people! I love Huckberry’s YouTube channel and I will continue to support them with purchasing their products in the future. Great company!!!! Great products!!! Keep them coming!!!!! Had an issue with my order, shipped with wrong size so I reached out to customer service via email. First response was able to quickly resolve my immediate issue, unfortunate situation but overall great experience with the help received.

Having been a customer of Huckberry for several years while enjoying their products I must state that they are “spectacular” to work with.

One of my favorites are their waxed jackets with the flannel lined waxed Trucker style my go to jacket for much of the year and the recently added flannel lined waxed Hudson style for the winter and rainy months.

IMO, Huckberry, is far more than a company that sells awesome products, they are a company that “cares”.

I am confident that you will experience the same.
