Absolutely awful
Absolutely awful, just take your deposit mentioning all these things that need doing but when it comes to putting the place up for sale online they over charged us with stuff and just painted and put a new front door on. No communication between Gemma/Natalie. Very quick to be on your case when needed but take forever to get back to you and sort stuff.
