Huffkins craft bakers make and bake in small batches, using time-honoured family recipes. Ingredients are sourced locally in the Cotswolds for the highest quality and authenticity.

The cheese afternoon tea …
The cheese afternoon tea was promptly sent out however DPD service was poor. Delivery not conducive for afternoon tea time. Evening delivery. Then a late delivery time posted, then no delivery due to circumstances. However Huffkins customer service excellent. Replacement parcel delivered in a timely manner and the recipient so enjoyed the contents. Thank you.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. DPD messed up the delivery but Huffkins sorted out the problem very swiftly and efficiently. The product is excellent too and I will be repeating my order very soon.

Highly recommend the spicy tomato and onion chutney.
Ordered the 4 jars of the spicy tomato and onion relish as it’s a favourite. They sent a free additional relish as a treat which was a lovely surprise.

Good customer service
Took exactly one month to arrive. Top half of the Lardy cakes were dry & the bottom half was slimy. Wouldn't buy again.
Update: Huffkins contacted me & explained calendar system - might have been my mistake - sorry! Are sending me a complimentary pack to try again. Can't fault customer service.

Hello Deborah, we're sorry to hear about your disappointment. We've taken a look into your order history and noticed your order was place on the 29th November, but with the 28th December selected as your delivery date. This may have been an accident with our calendar functionality, and once again we'd like to apologise for this. Orders are typically delivered next day (Tuesday - Saturday) if ordered before 12pm.

Love your cakes. Visit John Lewis Cheltenham and staff are good so sent for voucher to give as Christmas gift and was impressed how quickly it came.

I was a bit disappointed this time
I was a bit disappointed this time. Perhaps it was a bad batch. The chocolate lardy cakes were okay but lacking in the essential sticky, sugary crust goodness. More like a sticky bun than a lardy cake. Shame as I bought them for my elderly mum to remind her of her childhood on one of her rare visits. I think I'll get the ordinary ones again next time.

On time quality good even after freezing if there is a never negative due issues with your app I could not claim my 5 pound discount voucher off of my next purchase
