It's a scam. Cheap goods sent from China and no refund available unless you pay for return delivery with tracking. Then you are offered a refund of 30%, less than the cost of return. They have several... Voir plus

Not a Manchester company!
I have also been disgusted that this company isn't in Manchester! It's based in China. But I was taken in Hook line and sinker! The only reason I've given 2 stars is because I'm keeping the shoes. Not sure how long they will last but they are comfortable but only because I ordered a larger size luckily. They certainly aren't 41. The lesson I have learnt is to check out the reviews before ordering. Incidentally the shoes are definitely not orthopaedic and definitely not true sizes either. I take a 39, but ordered 41. They fit fine but if I had ordered my true size I would have lost my money as returning them is too costly!
