Absolute shite, cheep Chinese clothes that would fit a doll and won’t except returns, avoid at all costs

I haven't actually ordered from them but the photo of the shoes offered is identical to two other companies for which I have already seen appalling reviews. I came to Trustpilot today just to check whether it was likely to be a similar scam. I like the look of the shoes but haven't found out which firm actually supplies the genuine product.

This is a scam, posing as UK based shops but in reality, selling cheap poor quality items from China at four times the price.

It's a scam. Cheap goods sent from China and no refund available unless you pay for return delivery with tracking. Then you are offered a refund of 30%, less than the cost of return. They have several different trading names, so do your research. Their merchandise is available through Amazon, but even there people have indicated there are difficulties resolving issues and getting refunds

Purchased a pair of shoes £25 advertised reduced from £55, received , not in a box a plastic bag , plastic soles , not true to size.
After wanting a return advised to send back to China at the cost of £24 , offered 30% to keep the shoes .

Avoid at all,costs total ripoff total mis representation of the goods as others the goods received were nothing like the item advertised. The company appear to be in Manchester but everything came from China and returns to China.Total rip off!Avoid

Never buy! They are a scamming Chinese firm pretending to be a Manchester shop.

Returns have to be posted to china. Terrible quality - total liars when i asked if they were in china after becoming suspicious.

Item didn’t fit. I did check before buying returns policy. Thought the company were in Manchester but clothes took ages to come and they came from China. Returning is not straightforward. Emails back-and-forth offering 10% discount to keep the item 20% discount 30% discount for an item that didn’t fit. In the end, I have to send it back to China to get a refund. Whilst emails were answered quickly, I’m not happy that I have to return to China because I know this costs a lot.

Update May 26. The item I returned to China last year ended up coming back to me May this year no refund at all from them.

I ordered shoes believing this was a UK company. They are not. They advertise in UK and Europe posing as having a shop in Manchester but they are a Chinese company. The shoes eventually arrived but much too small. They refuse to accept the sizing problem is theirs. 22 emails, 3 photos and a shoe measurement later they have told me I should have read the small print and they cannot help me. They refuse to provide me with their trading address. Be warned amd DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Total scam.Checked firm as UK based.Not true it’s based in Chine.Overpaid for cheap nasty dress.Can get refund as cost minimum of £25 to return to Chine.This dress is not good enough for the Charity shop so going in the rubbish Bin.FACEBOOK has some duty or ought to remove scammers from there app.

Wish I had read these reviews before buying. Trousers took 3 weeks to arrive from China and quality is bad. Would like to return them but not after reading returning prices !

I had to give this one star but not happy at even giving that. This is not a UK based company, payments go to Rotterdam, items come from China and have to be returned to China, tracked and at great expense, apparently return address can be bogus. Quality of goods is horrendous. Website states 100% Happiness Guarantee – not in my experience.

Looks like a uk on line shop but clearly is not.
£59 shoes arrived in a plastic bag and damaged. The plastic bag looked more expensive than the shoes

Do not buy from this company. Scam - not an English company at all. China based and returning anything costs a fortune. Please do not buy from them.

The item I received is not the same as the one advertised it is a cheap, really bad copy and not as described. It is a scam. They advertise themselves as a UK based company and the item is shipped from China. It took 3 weeks to arrive and they won't pay return postage so it is too expensive to return it.

Very poor quality. A dress shown on Facebook looked fabulous. Very poor quality when it arrived, £25 return fee, to China!!

Total scam. Their website leads one to believe they are a UK company. They're in China. They advertise their shoes as "orthopedic" - there's nothing orthopedic about them. They are plastic, very cheaply made and their sizing is totally wrong. They don't want returns and offer a discount rather than provide a return address. I paid £25 for shoes worth a fiver, at most. Even if they had been the right size I would never have worn such abysmal footwear. Too embarrassingly awful to even take to a charity shop ! I've learned that I must check Trustpilot before ordering anything on line again.

Nothing else to say. They are offering just a 10% discount :-( 14 days shipment to china is not possible.

They market themselves as a family business who have been around years. Really it is a scam for the most disgusting plastic shoes from china. Iv had numerous communications asking for their return address which is in china and cost £26 return from the uk
