Vorsicht, wenn eine Rücksendung in Betracht kommt
Das Material der Produkte wirkte hochwertig. Leider war der Schnitt sowohl des Hunde-Wollmantels als auch der Wolljacke sehr unvorteilhaft, sodass ich beide Artikel zurücksenden musste.
Die Rücksendung aus der Schweiz entwickelte sich jedoch zu einem sehr aufwendigen Prozess. Eine geplante FedEx-Abholung fand trotz reserviertem Zeitfenster nicht statt. Auch ein zweiter Abholversuch scheiterte. Am Ende wurde das Paket unangekündigt von der Schweizer Post mitgenommen, während FedEx weiterhin automatisierte Nachrichten schickte, dass keine Bewegung im System sichtbar sei.
Ich verbrachte mehrere Stunden damit, E-Mails zu schreiben, mit verschiedenen Kundendiensten zu kommunizieren und zwei Abholfenster freizuhalten – für ein Problem, das nicht von mir verursacht wurde.
Der Kundenservice zeigte zwar Verständnis, am Ende wurde jedoch nicht einmal der vollständige Betrag erstattet. Es geht dabei weniger um die fehlenden 10 CHF als um das fehlende Zeichen der Wertschätzung nach diesem erheblichen Aufwand.
Sehr schade – bei Produkten in dieser Preisklasse hätte ich einen deutlich professionelleren Ablauf erwartet. In Zukunft gilt für mich wieder mehr Vernunft, um nicht so schnell auf Instagram-Werbung reinzufallen.

Es tut uns sehr leid zu hören, dass du diese Erfahrung gemacht hast. Wir haben dir inzwischen alle Kosten für Versand und Rücksendung erstattet – einschließlich der von dir erwähnten 10 CHF.
Außerdem arbeiten wir derzeit daran, Rücksendungen aus Ländern außerhalb der EU, wie der Schweiz, deutlich zu vereinfachen. Ein neues System mit lokal angepasster Distribution wird voraussichtlich innerhalb der nächsten zwei Wochen eingeführt. Nochmals entschuldigen wir uns für die unangenehme Rücksendeerfahrung dieses Mal und hoffen, dass du uns vielleicht zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt noch einmal eine Chance gibst.

Ich habe mir die große Trainingstasche gekauft. Ich bin begeistert. 3 Fächer in der Tasche sorgen für Ordnung. Kleine Fächer um die Tasche lassen Stifte, Papier usw.aufgeräumt verschwinden. Die Tasche lässt sich bequem als Rucksack tragen. Somit bleiben die Hände für den Hund frei. Ich kann sie Tasche nur empfehlen.

A quick and timely delivery. After long search we finally found a rain coat suiting our long and slim dog, the coat is quickly adjustable and from high quality. Paired with the merino wool jacket it is a match made in heaven.

I have 6 dogs and a collection of Hundlands :)
I have 6 dogs and ordered different coats from Hundlands. All of my dogs love them! And so do I. Perfect coats for every weather and they fit super well from tiniest Chihuahua to Medium-Sheltie. In
the end they are worth every cent!!

I’m really impressed with this brand
I’m really impressed with this brand. They offer fantastic products for both dogs and humans, which is quite unique. The quality is high, and the functionality is well thought out.
One small improvement I’d love to see is a more stable and wider waistband (for example with elastic) on the Tights Fave, as they feel a bit loose at the waist. That said, I absolutely love that they have pockets — such a practical and appreciated detail.
Overall, great products with excellent quality and functionality, and I would definitely recommend them.

Nästa köp blir apporter.
Alltid bra kundservice om ngt mot förmodan skulle bli tokig vilket det sällan blivit.
