just wanted to say thank you for helping me recover some of the money I claimed via Gold Medal Travel Group. Although I was a little disappointed not to receive the full amount, I’m still really grateful for your support and the progress we were able to make. Thank you again for your help.

We had a problem with a cruise agent and ABTA suggested we used their arbitration service HuntADR.
I did so and the arbitrator partially found in our favour and awarded us compensation. It was less than I wanted but I accepted his award on the basis he was neutral.
What I cannot accept was the appalling conduct of their admin staff.
Not one email from them showed the person who sent it name.
They took my £150 and said I would be contacted. I pointed out the days we would be unavailable when it arrived. I was told that if I did not complete and return it within seven days I would lose my money.
When the final verdict and award was made I sent them my bank details and asked them to pass them onto the other party as we would be away for over three weeks. They refused to do so saying" Please stop sending us emails about payments. As previously explained, we are not involved in payments. This is between you and ........... " I was not asking them to get involved - merely to pass our details on to the other party as I did not know who in the organisation to contact. Then whilst we were away the other party telephoned and sent two emails for the information. I supplied it when I returned. All the unnecessary emails and calls could have been avoided if HuntADR had sent one simple email to the other people.
Their training video gets good reviews on Trustpilot. If only their staff practised what was in it.

HuntADR are awful.

Easy Jet Mis-sold me a holiday package which was supposed to be a spa hotel package as advertised on their website, they had no spa at all and the hotel was a mess. We requested to be moved every day of our holiday to no avail and as it was only a weekend break our whole weekend was ruined. We went through ABTA and later through HuntAdr who ended up making me pay Easy Jets fees.

Hunt also gave extended time to Easy Jet and took over 3 months to deal with my appeal. I asked both Hunt and ABTA for a refund off the appeal fee with both admitting that their service was poor yet fobbing me off to the other.

Do not use this method, it is a waste of time and money. Use the small claims court.

Recently undertook the All About Mediation and All About Arbitration 'on-demand' courses. Both programs are well presented and informative. Recommend to anyone new to ADR and to more experienced practitioners as a light refresher and CPD points. Thanks to Hunt ADR Team!

I am delighted to have attended All about Arbitration structured course bu HuntAdr. It was a well designed to touch upon building up foundational knowledge yet addressing professional aspects.

I found the 'All About Arbitration' course to be an engaging, informative, and well-structured program. It provides a fantastic end-to-end journey through the arbitration process, starting from the fundamentals in 'Why Choose Arbitration?' all the way to 'Challenging and Appealing Awards'.

What the course does particularly well is keep the content relevant and up-to-date. The modules on the UK's evolving legal landscape and the 2025 Act were especially insightful. As someone with a background in other forms of ADR, this course was excellent for broadening my understanding of the complete dispute resolution spectrum.

While the course was excellent, I'm giving it 4 stars as I would have loved it more if it were a bit more comprehensive. The addition of downloadable notes for each module would be a significant improvement to help with studying and retaining the detailed information. Overall, it's a brilliant and engaging resource for any professional looking to gain a strong foundational understanding of arbitration.

The course is easier to understand.
And the company made the quizzes understandable for anyone without a legal background.
I would recommend, no, I am highly recommending everyone to try it.

All About Arbtration is a good overall presentation about what arbitration is. Each module includes a brief quiz about the module content. The program is designed to be completed in an hour, but it is possible to stop and resume if necessary as the program tracks the user's progress.

The self - paced MOOC tutorials is easy to follow. It also distills key Arbitration basis in a very digestible manner. Enjoyed every bit of learning and quizzes at the end of every module.

I completed the 5 day Mediation Course with Gregg, Kelly and John and thoroughly enjoyed myself. It was intense and it was involved but wow, what a lot to learn. I spent a week with a wonderful group of people who I missed greatly after spending so much time together. I would highly recommend this course for anyone who desires to be an accredited mediator.

Following my Mediation Accreditation Training with Hunt ADR and been extremely impressed with the level of professionalism and the course structure. I knew it was a no brainer when i saw they had a new on demand service all about Arbitration to book onto the course.

The course is easy to follow and with a busy work schedule it was amazing to work at my own pace and not be set to deadlines. I would highly recommend.

I recently completed the 5-day accredited online mediator course with Hunt ADR, and the quality was outstanding. The course is intensive, yet it’s extraordinary how much you learn in such a short time. I also had the pleasure of meeting some wonderful people and was very impressed by the professionalism and expertise of the Hunt ADR team. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone interested in mediation training.

This is a fabulous introduction of AI into your mediation practice. Even if you are not tech savvy, this course enables you to use AI as a tool to help with drafting documents and providing options.

I recently successfully completed the Hunt ADR 5 day accredited meditation course. It was intense but brilliant. Gregg, Kelly and John are amazing teachers and their experience added real value to the course. The resources were extremely helpful in preparing for the final assessment. There is also lots of support after completion. Definitely value for money.

I took my complaint against TUI to arbitration via ABTA who passed it on to Hunt ADR. The video in their portal explains the process and sets out the deadlines for when documentation should be submitted. These deadlines were consistently missed by the other party - without penalty. The final response from TUI arrived many weeks after the deadline and only then was it passed to an arbitrator. This extends the arbitration process unnecessarily by many weeks. Extra stress you don't need.
Save your money. Go to small-claims court instead.

I have completed the Hunt ADR Arbitrator experience program. I found the experience very worthwhile, with detailed feedback from a senior barrister provided twice over the course of the proceedings. I was impressed by the care they take to ensure the parties cases are fully set out in a structured manner on their electronic platform. Obviously the arbitrator's decision is entirely independent but Hunt ADR provide training and access to a data bank of appeals/law which helps ensure a consistent approach. Overall I would recommend the program.
