Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, though we would like to give a full account of what happened so future customers have the complete picture.

Your order was placed on 26th May, and we sent a WhatsApp message the same day requesting confirmation. We did not receive a response, so we followed up again on 28th May as a reminder (screenshot: https://prnt.sc/ZGMUdBiUeU2V ). The order was only confirmed after this second message.

As we had communicated to all customers ahead of Eid, delivery timelines during this period could take up to 8 days due to the eid holidays. Your order was delivered within 8 days of confirmation, well within that window. We understand waiting for an order can be frustrating, but we were disappointed to be told "shame on you" over a delay that did not actually occur on our end.

On the quality concern, we take this seriously. Our spearmint leaves are wild harvested and hand dried without any chemical processing, so slight natural variation in leaf appearance is normal, but rotten or dirty leaves are not something we want any customer to receive. We would like to make this right. Please reach out to us directly on WhatsApp with a photo of the batch you received so we can investigate and send a replacement.

However based on your message "Shame on You" on Eid day, the above comment seems to be exaggerated in anger.

We remain committed to serving our customers with honesty and care, and we expect the same from our customers.

We'd like to clarify a few things for anyone reading this:

Our Dandelion Root is listed in two sizes on our website, a 30g pack at Rs. 1,400 and a 50g pack at Rs. 2,100. You ordered the 50g pack, and a 50g pack is exactly what was delivered, as confirmed by the photo you shared with us. The weight is clearly printed on the packaging and stated on the product page.

We understand that 50 grams may look small to the eye, and that's actually the nature of this product. Wild Dandelion Root is hand-harvested from the high-altitude mountains of Hunza by local shepherds for whom this is a primary source of livelihood. A single dandelion plant yields barely 1 gram of usable root, meaning your 50g pack represents roughly 50 individually foraged plants, then carefully washed, dried, and packed by hand in our small-batch facility in Rahimabad Valley.

This is not a product grown on a commercial farm or processed in bulk. The price reflects the real cost of ethical, community-based harvesting from one of the most remote valleys in Pakistan.

We're sorry the pack size didn't meet your visual expectation, but we want to assure you, and anyone considering this product, that you received exactly what was ordered, at the weight you paid for. We stand fully behind the quality and integrity of every product we ship.

Thank you for your feedback, and we're glad to hear you ended up loving the lemon balm tea.

We would like to add some context for other readers. The advance payment was sent outside our office hours, and our records show we confirmed it within a few hours of it being received, as soon as our team was back online. WhatsApp, email, and Instagram were not unresponsive during business hours, there was simply a natural gap overnight.

We understand waiting for confirmation on a payment can feel uneasy, especially for a first order, and we always aim to respond as quickly as we can within our working hours.

That said, a review calling the service "pathetic" over a few hours' delay outside office hours feels disproportionate, especially since the product itself met your expectations once it arrived.

If you're open to it, we would genuinely appreciate an updated review reflecting your full experience, including how the tea turned out for you.

These are spearmint leaves as advertised, we simply wash and dry the leaves and then ship them.
