Have always purchased Weathertech and…

Have always purchased Weathertech and decided to try the Husky for my new Buick ENCLAVE.
HORRIBLE DECISION.
!!!
A much flimsier material and it bends right where my foot goes over on entering the car. It makes me "stumble" getting in and out every time. Being 78--very dangerous. STICK WITH WEATHERTECH!!!!!!

Disappointing quality – Didn't even last a day

I bought these Husky Liners OE-Style Fender Flares expecting durability, but they’ve been a complete waste of money. After just one two-hour highway drive and a single car wash, they are already showing significant signs of wear. For a product designed for trucks and SUVs, the lack of resilience is unacceptable. Save your money and look elsewhere.

I just canceled my order

I just canceled my order. I placed an order with Husky Liners and paid in full on Jan 1, 2026. Canceled on Jan 16, 2026. Due to their lack of interest in customer commitment. On Jan 15th, 2026 I called the customer service lune to inquire about my order. I had heard nothing from them at all sinceplacing it. On the phone they found my order but there was no tracking number available and they said that they would get a hold of shipping, and that I shouldwait for an emailfrom them. To my surprise, on the 16th I got an email saying,
"Support Request Update"
Your request has been updated.

"James,

We wanted to provide you an update on your current order.

The manufacturer anticipates your order will be shipped on or before 10 business days at this time due to backorder, Once your product leaves their dock, we will send you an additional email with the shipment information as soon as it is made available.

Thank you for your continued patience while we work towards resolving your request,

I wrote back telling them just how unacceptable this is. They have already wasted two weeks of my time, and now they want another 10 days from me. Who knows what that would lead to. I'm not sticking around to find out. I told them that I am 100%, zero percent satisfied. And a review is underway. Too bad we are required to give a positive star. This is supposed to be our honest opinion, not a forced pat on the back. These guys deserve a negative count in my honest opinion.

Terrible customer service

I did order some mats. Then i wanted to cancal the order 1 hour later. They said they will Try to cancel it. They did not. Sent it anyway. They said they will send a return lable and never did. A few days later they just said my case was closed. Very fraudulent activity. Dont bother with this company.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. Ignored me. Took awhile to reply but most of the time just closed my request without responding. Gave me a hard time trying to do a return for a refund. Their policies are bs. Treated me like crap via email and Facebook messenger. They do not care about their customers. I will never purchase from them again. My bf and I have their liner mats in our vehicles which we bought not directly off their website, but considering selling them and getting a different brand.

Ask if item is in stock or regret it

I ordered liners for my wife's car for Christmas on 11/25. My bank was charged that day. I never heard back for 2 weeks after receiving order confirmation. I sent an email asking where my order was. 2 days later, 2 weeks before Christmas, they replied they were back ordered and had no idea when they might be in. I should have been notified prior to paying of that situation. Had I not inquired, I would still be expecting them before Christmas. Now I have 2 weeks to order and get another brand, and hope to get them in time. Worst customer service ever!

I bought floor liners, and they are awesome. I bought a bug shield with quick ship. The response I got was. Sorry, we do not have an eta on this. I ordered this, and you said you had stock. I am in MFG i can at least give a time frame.

Rapidship is a lie

I placed an order 15 days ago. Nothing heard from them. Today I've checked their website, it says "Rapidship" tomorrow. Totally fake and lie..

Missing order components and no satisfaction

I only received a partial order and have been in contact with their customer service department to no avail. No refund, no order fulfillment and absolutely the worst customer service department I've ever dealt with. I will not recommend this company to anyone period.

Don’t believe the”Rapidship” lie from this company! You might get your hardware in 2!weeks. Their shipping sucks and so does their customer service. Too bad, because Husk Liners are a great product. All it takes is a handful of sorry people..

Order not fulfilled, refund not received!

My credit card was immediately charged when my order was placed. After a month and numerous attempts to track my order status, I cancelled it and have yet to receive my refund after another month. Customer service is about the worst I have ever experienced. I’m very surprised they are still in business. I placed my order through O’Reily’s and received it the following day!

Poor customer support

I ordered fender flares for a 2025 Ford F250 Platinum.
They fit fine but the hardware for the rear flares would not work on the lowest two attachment points, front and back, would not work. I called Husky and explained the problem and requested some additional hardware. They responded positively but the hardware has not shown up. After spending $500 on the fender flares, I really wanted to get them installed. They should have expedited the delivery. I have been waiting for over a week and still have not received the parts. After giving it some thought, I was able to devise a better method of attachment without drilling through the fenders. Very poor customer support. Next time I will buy Bushwacker flares.

Poor customer service

I ordered car mats for my Jeep and the website stated the mats were in stock and would ship same day. I waited 8 days for a shipping update and never received one. I called customer service several times and was given the run around, and was never given an actual reason as for the delay in shipping. They also never responded to any emails so I needed to call in order to speak to anyone. It was a hassle once I canceled my order to get my money back. I’m very disappointed in this company and would not recommend to anyone.

A Lot of time delay in shipping some fenders...
When I buy, they don't say anything about it...
Then they don't respond to mails or anything.
Then, when I try to cancel, it says cancellation pending...

Very bad.

Horrible company

They are only interested in taking your money. They are not interested in filling your order. 1 week after I placed my order still no order number and no one will answer the phone to give me an update. They also will not respond to emails. Dishonest or incompetent company.

Unethical business practices

This is the second time this has happened with this company. Both incidents are the same.
I placed an order for floor liners for a 2016 Chevrolet Malibu. The website page indicated they were in stock both front and back. The site indicated same day shipping if ordered before deadline which I did. Order never shipped and when I checked it indicated shipping April 5th. I checked again and it said April 24th. It from in stock to multiple delays. On May 27 I chatted with Customer Service and was told that the order had partially shipped and the rear liners were on the way. I asked for a confirmation number and was told it was not available. Concerned I called the next day to confirm and was told it hadn't shipped.
The website is grossly misleading about in stock items and immediately shipping.
Customer Service was intentionally misleading about order status.
Again this the second time this has happened the first was Huskys Amazon page. This order was placed directly from their site with identical results.

Three attempts to order Husky liners

Three attempts to order Husky liners. Used Amazon once and their website twice. They are quick to take your money but never fulfill the order, waiting over a week and still no movement on the package, trying to cancel the order is equally as slow and so far no luck. Avoid this company at all costs, only lead to stress and disappointment

Dishonest company!

Ignoring the negative reviews from their own Facebook page I ordered from them on 03/21/24. I received an email the following day stating that my order had been shipped with Fedex. A tracking number was provided. When that tracking number is entered at Fedex it only shows that the label has been created. No updates as of 03/27/24 so I called Husky and was told that the item was put on the truck and was supposed to be picked up by Fedex the next day but was not. They are still waiting for Fedex to pick up. Was told this was unusual as Fedex is usually very prompt. This situation echoes so many of the other dissatisfied shoppers and their complaints. Read reviews before you order and pay attention to those reviews.
