I just canceled my order
I just canceled my order. I placed an order with Husky Liners and paid in full on Jan 1, 2026. Canceled on Jan 16, 2026. Due to their lack of interest in customer commitment. On Jan 15th, 2026 I called the customer service lune to inquire about my order. I had heard nothing from them at all sinceplacing it. On the phone they found my order but there was no tracking number available and they said that they would get a hold of shipping, and that I shouldwait for an emailfrom them. To my surprise, on the 16th I got an email saying,
"Support Request Update"
Your request has been updated.
"James,
We wanted to provide you an update on your current order.
The manufacturer anticipates your order will be shipped on or before 10 business days at this time due to backorder, Once your product leaves their dock, we will send you an additional email with the shipment information as soon as it is made available.
Thank you for your continued patience while we work towards resolving your request,

I wrote back telling them just how unacceptable this is. They have already wasted two weeks of my time, and now they want another 10 days from me. Who knows what that would lead to. I'm not sticking around to find out. I told them that I am 100%, zero percent satisfied. And a review is underway. Too bad we are required to give a positive star. This is supposed to be our honest opinion, not a forced pat on the back. These guys deserve a negative count in my honest opinion.
