Purchased as gift for BMW m5
Purchased as gift for BMW. The gifted hated them because the plastic like material looked horrible but worse, they warped and slid around he took them out and didn't tell me why until 3 months later so I can't return. Horrible purchase. I was shocked they weren't rubber!

We wanted the best cars mats for our brand new Mazda. So of course we went with Weather Tech. Big mistake and waste of money! After a few months they got dull, nothing worked to make them black again. The clip that holds them in broke a year later!!
Amazing Customer Service
I bought Sill Protectors and a Bumper Topper direct from WeatherTech. Due to a shipping issue the Bumper Topper arrived damaged. I called and spoke with a knowledgeable individual who immediately shipped out a replacement. However, the replacement was again damaged during shipping. I called and WeatherTech shipped yet another replacement at their expense. Thankfully this third attempt arrived undamaged.
Throughout the process WeatherTech customer service was polite, asked reasonable questions and ultimately shipped two replacements. I couldn't ask for more.
Prices up, quality down! Shame.
The product has literally priced itself out of competition.
Have used these for years, but now their prices are now insane ..and just really not worth the money. Also, their floor mats are terrible quality now and they don't hold snug against the sidewalls of your footwells.
Prizes up, and quality down! Typical post COVID business outcome. I won't be surprised if this company goes out of business in the next few years.
Buy Tuxmats, not this garbage!
Weather Tech seat cocers
While the Weather Tech floor mats are good the seat covers SUCK. For a KIA Forte The way they hook up is terrible. The 2 rings in between the seat and back work good but the back doesn't hold at all. You can't use the side straps due to the airbags. and the seat doesn't hook up to anything. I would NOT recommend them to anyone.
Trash
Trash. I got them for my 2023 Polestar 2. Seemed like good stuff out of the box; but... 1) Front mats are good fit and solid, but the snap clips don't attach correctly so the mats rise up slightly off the floor rather than being snug; 2) The edges of the rear one curl up in no time. They replaced the first one for free and told me to lay weights along the edges for a couple of days before reinstalling, but that didn't help. Replaced with TuxMat, FAR better made and MUCH better fit.

Bought tailgate liner and impact bed liner. Have not tried to install the impact liner but with the tailgate liner it does not fit as advertised. Screw holes don't line up either. You can get it in but fit is not great.this might all be understandable if I bought a cheap product but this cost me $500 and for that I expect a much better fit.

and SHAME on WeatherTech
with my new vehicle I went to WeatherTech for interior car mats. Spent about $700 on various products.
While in the store I seen that they also had clear license plate covers.
They looked good so I bought a pair.
About $ 70 for the 2 covers.
I installed them, threw out the packaging and extra parts they provided. They looked good on my new vehicle. I was happy 😊
UNTIL today.
I saw something on YouTube that ANY license plate covers are Illegal in some states.
So I checked Illinois law.
Turns out any license plate cover IS ILLEGAL in Illinois !!!! Up to $ 750 Fine !
WHY the Heck didn’t WeatherTech TELL ME that !!!
SHAME on WeatherTech !!
DON’T put ANY cover on your license plates !!!!
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
The customer service is horrible
The customer service is horrible. I was treated very poorly by an accounting mistake THEY made. I was told I had to fix it on my end. I was treated snotty by Shannon. I did in fact fix their mistake because they could not figure it out. Will never buy from them again. Horrible!

No drill mud flaps do not fit my car as claimed, and to return the product now, well, I had to damage the clips to install the mud flaps. Bottom line is poorly made, not like they used to be, overpriced also, never again, only will buy floor mats
Return policy is a joke
Return policy is a joke. The product is unused and still in the box, but the best they'll do is issue a gift card. In this day of golden customer care, Weathertech is a tarnished bronze. Very VERY expensive mistake, so beware.
Regarding the glass cleaner
Regarding the glass cleaner. DON’T. JUST DON’T.
It leave the glass coated in an oily residue that is almost impossible to clean off. Worthless product. Stick to the cheap glass cleaner or auto glass wipes from armourall. This stuff is terrible
Worst customer service
Worst customer service, dave from customer service you can definitely do better.
Very disappointed with WeatherTech's customer service and return policy.
I returned a set of liners within 10-12 hours of receiving them, after briefly placing them in my vehicle only to check fit. The vehicle was not driven, the liners were not used for work, and they were returned immediately once I learned I couldn't keep them.
Despite this, WeatherTech Canada refused the return, claiming the product was "used." This is unreasonable. These are rubber floor liners - not underwear or a hygiene product. Many companies accept returns on clothing and footwear that have been tried on; refusing a return for a rubber mat that was test-fit for a few hours is excessive.
What made it worse was the customer service. Instead of working toward a fair resolution, they were dismissive and insisted on keeping the product without a refund, offering only to either ship it back or dispose of it - even though the return was initiated almost immediately and I paid for return shipping myself.
For a company that markets itself as a premium brand, this experience was frustrating and disappointing. Buyers should be very cautious: once you open the box, you may be stuck with the product regardless of how quickly you return it.
Horrible Return Policy
It cost more to return my order than what I originally paid. Horrible return policy.

Bought the scratch protection kit for my car. Horrible experience! The pieces were not cut on the template all the way and when I was peeling them off to install they ripped. Also the pieces that go behind the door handles do NOT install as described in the installation video. Impossible to get all the bubbles out. DO NOT BUY - save your money and aggravation and just stay away.
Tyler at customer service
Tyler at customer service. This person absolutely hates his job and made me so mad I actually hung up on him.I was trying to order seat covers and a cover for my back seat for a dog.I couldn't take his attitude any more and will find anyone else to help that actually wants my business. It's ashame that he's in customer service!!!!!!
Floor mats did not fit properly
Floor mats did not fit properly. Customer Service agreed to return but never sent return labels as promised. After 3 attempts / and promises I contacted Paypal to dispute the charge, Weather challenged stating they wanted the tracking number. There was no tracking number because they never sent the return information. I bought from Weatertech because they are U.S. made and Lazer fitted well that didn't work. I should have ordered Chinese mats from Amazon. Tried to do the right thing and got screwed
Bad Quality, Worse Customer Service
I've been a satisfied customer for years, having previously purchased sunshades for a Mazda CX-50 and Subaru Forester that were excellent quality and fitment. We added a vehicle to our garage, and I again ordered a WeatherTech sunshade.
Unlike the first two, this one was horrible. It wasn't wide enough at the top of the windshield, leaving sizeable gaps along the top halves of the A-pillars, and had too much material at the bottom, creating a bunching effect on the lower half of the A-pillars.
I took photos and contacted customer service. When ordering my sunshade, there's a few options you have to select to ensure you have the appropriate geometry and cutouts, one of which is whether you have a factory dashcam installed. I don't currently, but plan to have the OEM cam installed at the dealer in the next month, so I selected the option for "yes", I have it installed, to ensure I had the proper cutout. For my vehicle, this dashcam installed next to the rearview mirror, near the top-center of the windshield.
Customer service asked the same questions as I answered when I ordered it, and I mentioned "I don't have the OEM dashcam yet, but I'll be getting it next month". Boy was that a mistake.
Given my past experience of fantastic WeatherTech products that were so accurately cut and how badly this one was cut, I couldn't help but wonder if I just got a bad one. Maybe it was miscut, or perhaps it was cut for another vehicle and mislabeled. Comparing its outer dimensions vs. my windshield's dimensions, it appeared like it was cut for a completely different vehicle. The two weren't even close. So I dared to ask the customer service rep if there's a chance I just "got a bad one", and should go for a replacement vs. a full refund. I mentioned I took photos that I'd be happy to send in case someone in the company who's concerned with quality might care that their "custom" cut product is wrong, all with the hope and desire to stay a WeatherTech customer. At this point I'm not upset or mad, I just want a quality sunshade and am hopeful there's a path to getting one of the same amazing fitment for the two previous ones I've owned.
Wow was that a mistake. I get berated that I "ordered the wrong one" because I didn't have a camera installed. I clarify my issues aren't related with the camera area in the center; the outer dimensions are wrong. No amount of having, or not having, a camera in my vehicle is going to change the overall windshield shape.
Service rep didn't care about the photos or details; obviously I messed up and ordered the wrong one. I asked what the right one was and was told to order the "non camera version". I asked what I should do once the camera is installed, then was told the one I had would "fit correctly", completely ignoring what I was saying that it wasn't the camera area that was wrong; the sunshade outline didn't fit the glass outline. Ironically I was accused of "not listening" as the agent continually talked over me, said the product didn't have an issue, and suggested a "resolution" that didn't solve anything.
When I'd ask any question even remotely about the cutouts or geometry, I was given the "I don't know, I'm just telling you what my script says", which that's fair; you're not a product expert. However, you don't get to both play the "I don't know anything about the design, cutout, vehicle, etc." then immediately play the "but let me tell you in all certainty why I KNOW you're the issue and not the product." I asked if there was anyone who did know, that might be interested in possibly knowing they have a fitment/quality issue, eventually talked to a manager, and that led nowhere.
Sadly I'm reminded that no good deed goes unpunished. If I'd just done the return and said "It's your problem; good luck", I could have avoid all this. But I had the audacity to think the company that's made a name on quality and fitment would actually care about a poor quality product. Even worse, I had the slightest hope that a repeat customer with brand loyalty whom expressed a desire to stay with the brand if at all possible would at least cause someone to feign interest, if for no other reason than taking my money. Lesson learned. WeatherTech likes the idea of a quality product, but don't both them with actual quality issues.
I'll be returning it, and hopefully the refund goes through as promised. Maybe there's another company out there who'd actually like my money in exchange for a quality product...
I ordered my floor Mats 3 days ago
I ordered my floor Mats 3 days ago, and the CSR on the phone said they ship in 24-48 hours. When I pressed her on it saying it was day 3, she got very short with me and hung up without saying, thank you, good buy, have a good day, NOTHING!
To the weather tech leadership, I’ve had weather tech product for 14 years. Piss poor customer service IS NOT acceptable. I will be going elsewhere in the future.
