Great product and excellent on line and branch experience.
I ordered some top soil on line. The on line process was easy and the reviews very helpful. I realised that I needed to increase my order so I spoke with the Gainsborough branch and they were very helpful. They increased my order and included it with the delivery of my first order. The delivery driver was excellent, dropping the bags exactly where I wanted. I have used some of the soil and the quality looks very good. Very pleased with Huws Gray.

Quick order and delivered the next day
Quick order and delivered the next day, drivers were friendly and amenable. We weren’t expecting so quickly, as were expecting someone to ring and arrange delivery but that step was missing from the chain but for us it wasn’t a problem but might be for someone else. The top soil is good quality, no lumps so didn’t need to sieve it. I’d definitely buy again.
