Elisha and her team at Hvar away are like a one stop shop for planning an amazing vacation. They did all the homework for me and came up with a custom travel itinerary that included dining reservations, boat excursions and winery tours and tastings that far surpassed our expectations.
We stayed in 2 of their luxury villas and loved them both.
Lola’s Place is in the center of Hvar Town and Casa M is in a more remote area of the island offering an authentic Croatian experience.
The homes each have beautiful pools, lovely spacious interiors and are filled with charm.
We definitely recommend Hvar Away for anyone considering a trip to Croatia.

From beginning to end, and all the way through, our trip to Hvar was made extraordinary by Elisha and all of the supporting partners at Hvar Away. The communication, the excursions and detailed arrangements, the villas, and the meals ... everything was set up and executed without flaw. Elisha's constant communication was wonderful, and there isn't a single item we would have done differently. Hvar is a magical place - from the history to the wineries to the sea and scenic views everywhere. I almost want to keep the secret before too many people discover it! But if you're thinking about Croatia, think about spending a week in Hvar. And DEFINITELY think about Hvar Away for your details.

From the moment we first reached out to Hvar Away, Elisha was amazing - her recommendations and bookings for tours, restaurants, were the perfect choices for our party of eight that included young children and their needs. She was always responsive leading up to and during our stay. Villa Azzurro was beautiful, spacious, allowed for privacy and gatherings, though the outdoor pool area with views of the sea was so beautiful we spent most of our time outdoors. It was a great space for our three families and age ranges, the layout would work well for all types of groups. The staff at the house was wonderful - providing delicious breakfasts, and attending to all our needs. We are grateful for all they did to make our vacation truly amazing. Highly recommend Hvar Away.

Quality service means responsiveness and timeliness. And the Hvar Team went above and beyond for my and my daughter's trip to Hvar. I can't recommend them enough.

A wonderful team that helped us tailor our holiday to everything we wanted as a family of four with kids of 18 and 20. They booked us a speed boat, 4x4 car, restaurant reservations and advised us on bays to moor up for for lunch out. The villa was outstanding with lots of space for us to spread out in. Fishing off the jetty, paddle boarding and chilling. We enjoyed it all. A holiday to remember for my husbands 50 th !

Our family of 5 stayed at Luma Hvar in Croatia and had a wonderful experience. The villa is modern and tasteful with more than ample space for 6-8 guests. The kitchen is well stocked and the location is remote but not far from dining and activities. Elisha was great with instructions and support. We could not have been happier.

We stayed five nights at Casa M through Hvar Away and it was fantastic. From the moment the booking was made through the moment we left the villa, Elisha's communication and support made the stay seamless and truly memorable. She arranged for us a fantastic farm to table dinner experience and also a lavender field tour. In addition, Elisha was available at a moment's notice to answer questions about local restaurants and beach recommendations. Casa M was a great villa with a beautiful pool and very comfortable living arrangements (four bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, spacious living room, and well-appointed kitchen). Hvar is a beautiful island with gracious and welcoming people. I highly recommend booking through Hvar Away for a first class rental experience.

Wow! What can we say about Hvar Away. From the minute we reached out to book our amazing trip at the quite incredible Glass Tree House we were made to feel super special by the fabulous Elisha. We wanted a specific experience for my girlfriends 40th and not only did Elisha find us a perfect spot the organisation and support she provided in terms of speed boat and car hires through to restaurant bookings was second to none. Beautiful stay, secluded and the perfect getaway! Hosts where so accommodating and lovely

The villa made our holiday but Hvar Away made our experience. The team are there purely to make your holiday the best it can be. No task or ask is too much! From day one of booking the villa the experience started, Elisha helped us create the holiday we wanted and worked on every aspect with us. Cars, boats, food, wine, restaurants! All we had to do was turn up! Everything was like a 5 star hotel experience, from bedding to free toiletries. Would book through them every visit to Hvar- no doubt - thank you to you all !

Hvar Away provided us really perfect services literally during each our step: ferry, check in, locations to visit, restaurants, shops and so on. Very customers friendly company!

The road to La Villa Bleue is absolutely insane for sightseeing: slim roads, not a lot of cars, mountains, sea and so on.

And the house is very cozy: old outside and modern outside. We hade everything we need there: dishwashing machine, oven, fridge, conditioners and many other things.

Matt was waiting for us, showed the house and instructed about everything.

Elisha (co founder) was always online and supported us with additional information: shops, restocking, wineries and others.

I can’t really remember anything I didn’t like so La Villa Bleue is definitely recommended for anyone to visit!

We stayed in Villa bleue , it’s an amazing place , with stunning view to the sea.Villa bleue is a bit far away from everything, but that was what we really loved , and restaurants are around by car or better by boat . Elisha and Matt are the best hosts we ever had!! Every question or need was no problem , it was an from beginning to final experience , not only booking a villa, they really care about there guests ! Thank you both so much for this good time we had on Hvar .

Having carefully choose our 1 week stay on the island of Hvar, I am always anxious that the property booked lives up to expectations and when we arrived, it certainly did and much, much more.
We had an amazing stay at Luma Hvar. It's a beautiful property, first row from the sea, with all the amenities you can only wish for.
The setting is so beautiful with stunning views of the sea. The setting just encourages rest and relaxation.

Already the process of booking the property and first contact with Alisha was very easy and smooth. All details about the property and the island of Hvar were fully provided before our arrival and she also helped us with renting a boat for a day in a nearby village, from a company with good reputation, compatible prices and very well-maintained speed boats. It was one of the highlights of our stay in Croatia.

We've been coming to Croatia for years but have never rented a house which was so fully equipped. We were surprised by welcome package with local produce (eg wine, marmalade) and cold drinks in the fridge. There is nothing that has been missed.
The cleanliness and the presentation is both impressive and impeccable.

Would I recommend the stay at Luma Hvar? Of course, without any doubts. Highly recommend it. We cannot wait to visit again!

Perfect Stay at Casa Belinda.

We had the perfect stay at Casa Belinda, which we would recommend as strongly as possible without hesitation. We would highlight the following plus points in particular:
1) Hvar Away were a pleasure to deal with, with clear communication that was responsive and reassuring.
2) Although we didn't know when we booked, we would now rate Vrboska as the most charming place on the island. It is large enough to have plenty of choice in terms of restaurants etc. and a very handy local supermarket, but small enough to retain authentic charm and to never feel overrun by tourists. There are also great beaches and swimming spots that are walkable or a very short drive.
3) The location of Caba Belinda itself is brilliant. Out of the front door, turn right and in less than a minute one is at the harbour front, where all of the restaurants, shops can be found. For those that might be driving, there is always plenty of parking close to the Casa.
4) As for the property itself, that is also fantastic. The internal decor etc is of a very high standard and all of the equipment is modern. It is also spacious. We are a family of five with three mid/late teenage children and there was plenty of room for us. All of the main rooms also have aircon, which we used sparingly, having closed the shutters during the day. There is a lovely view of the harbour from the upstairs balcony and a spacious private, paved back garden where we had a BBQ a couple of nights.

All in all Hvar Away and Casa Belinda could not be faulted and also offered good value for money compared to other options on the island. We would love to return one day.

We had the most wonderful stay at Hvar Away. The home is in the most beautiful location with deepwater frontage so you can jump straight into the water. The accommodation was perfect for two families and everything was provided for. The place was extremely clean and Elisha was so helpful with organising anything extra we wanted to do during our stay. It was the most relaxing holiday I have ever had. I can’t wait to come back. Thank you!!

Hvar Away and Elisha specifically were a key part of making this trip amazing. I honestly cannot imagine what our trip would’ve been without her help.

The house itself we rented was gorgeous, clean, well equipped, and extremely private. We loved staying away from the main touristy areas while still having the option to go whenever we wanted. This felt luxurious and like we could approach the island in several different ways depending on what we felt like doing each day of our stay!

I would say just as important as the house was Elisha’s support and concierge throughout our whole trip. We found ourselves texting her daily for help with everything and quickly became our one stop contact for reservations, beaches, planning, etc. It seemed like she knew the owner of every restaurant on the island and made things possible even when locations were fully booked.

Elisha and Mat at Hvar Away did a fantastic job from start to finish. Elisha helped us with everything we needed from timetable to the ferry, bike rentals, taxi service and restaurant suggestions.
Elisha always responded very quickly and Matt came to the house to check on an electrical outlet in a second. I could not have asked for better service and I definitely recommend Hvar Away to anyone who is planning to spend their vacation on the beautiful and easy going island of Hvar.
