After having issues running a software I created on their servers, the support team spend hours finding the issue and resolving it.
The issue wasn´t something that was caused by them or their VPS´s , still they made sure to resolve it.

I had a problem with the server (it was too slow for what I wanted) but the support team was answering my messages insanely quick, they even got me a better deal and a new server that works for what I wanted right now. Thank you! Highly recommend!

THIS IS CRAZY. I'm new to TrustPilot as a reviewer but I occasionally check it for online stores, broker reviews etc. AND LET ME TELL YOU. My VPS was activated immediately upon payment completion. I AM AMAZED. Kudos to Hyonix.

I have been a happy customer for several years now. The prices are great and the quality of the servers is really good too.

In the past with other hosts there were countless issues with networks getting saturated or other customers using the shared resources too intensively leading to performance degradation. If not that there were drive failures and we lost lots of data and many hours spent on development and just setting the servers up. I've never had any of these issues with Hyonix so far and have been with them for over 4 years now, needless to say uptime has been impeccable. In fact, the only time I can recall any minor downtime whatsoever was when they were upgrading hardware for one of my servers and the downtime was very minimal.

I'm not sure how they can offer such great prices and quality on their Windows servers given the costs of licensing WIndows servers when I've looked into it personally but it's impressive and I certainly wouldn't go anywhere else and hope I never have to!

Finally, their support staff are really friendly, helpful and very fast to answer, what more could you want? In fact the support staff are the main reason I took the time to write this review as they were great helping me with something recently.
