Super disappointed

Super disappointed! I bought a gift from Hype and Vice. I emailed the company before I placed the order to confirm that there would be no receipt in the gift. I was told to send them an email as soon as I placed the order with the order number and they would make sure it was taken card of. I did just that and then later the following night I recieved an email apologizing that they did not get my email in time and were not able to

I emailed them letting them know that I wanted to cancel because it was taking forever to respond. They then told me that it was after 24 hours when it took them forever to respond. I’m not getting my stuff until three weeks later. It is definitely false advertising whenever they said it would be 2 to 5 business days is when I would get it. I won’t be ordering from here again and I will definitely be ordering from fanatics or somewhere else that is more reliable because this was not reliable at all nor did they care when I asked them to expedite it and I’d pay for it.

Do Not Order From Hype And Vice

I ordered from this company a pair of yellow Michigan shorts that were supposed to be delivered within a week. Then after multiple emails with the company about shipping delays I finally received my package a month late. Then upon opening the package I found a pair of Ohio state shorts. Immediately I emailed the customer support line and they were not very helpful and want me to pay for the return shipping and the original shipping for delivery to me. After a week of fighting them over emails they are still not willing to allow me to go out of this return without paying something still, even though this is their mistake not mine.

They can’t fulfill orders

They need to stop advertising on social media because they don’t have stock to fill orders. I had to reach out twice about my order and the second time they didn’t respond, they just sent me a refund. I was really looking forward to my sweatshirt but I’ll have to shop elsewhere.

Horrible shopping times

Their stuff is cute, but it's not worth the wait! The season is over by the time you actually get it. Shipping time takes for ever and customer service is horrible with communication (essentially saying that you'll get it when you get it). Would only purchase in person merchandise in the future. Will never order online again!

You'll also notice there are no comments on their Facebook posts because they delete all negative comments.

I want the company to be open that I will pay…the $8 restocking, I pay return postage and cost to mail the largest size

I want the company to be open to considering when I purchased the item
there was no prominent message to the customer indicating NO returns NO refunds.

It was only when I went to links to return the item
did a VERY prominent message appear indicating this item does not qualify for return.

I need you to be open to the fact that I'm not looking for a refund I'm looking
to return an item that does not fit for the exact same item that does fit. The sleeves are too short.

Your company does not lose in this trade.

It's a win-win for both of us and it looks good on a Trustpilot review.

Poor processing time

Placed an order for several sale items on July 12th. It took until July 18th to create a shipping label (5 full business days).

It’s July 22nd and my order is still waiting to be shipped, but UPS says it should be delivered Thursday (in 2 days).

I know Am*zon has spoiled us, but I’m losing faith I’ll ever get this order. It should not take 10 days to pack an order.

I wouldn't recommend ordering from this company

I wouldn't recommend ordering from this company. It took weeks for my order to arrive, and when it finally did, one of the items was incorrect, so I had to send it back. Now, several weeks later, I'm still waiting for my refund. I've reached out via email three times about it, but no response or refund has come through. Save your money and look for a better company.

I'm obsessed

I'm obsessed! I only discovered Hype and Vice until my senior year of college but I'm so happy they're expanding to pro sports now! I've ordered multiple times and the quality and fit is amazing. Plan your outfit ahead, I learned that some of their styles are made to order but so worth the wait for the quality, not cookie cutter blanks.

Dinosaur store

Awful company with mediocre clothes. Maybe 5 cute things but they rest is generic or frumpy. They take a very, VERY long time to ship! Do not believe what they say on their site!! It’s a lie and they will follow up with one excuse or another for their incompetence. So bottom line… if u have at least a month to wait for an overpriced item you can make yourself this is the place to shop. #Hype and Vice
