Very disappointed. I didgently followed and did two videos a day, six days a week, for six weeks, and I am not noticeably any more flexible than I was when I started. The videos are very boring, which would be acceptable if they worked. Definitely a waste of my money.

My review is based mainly on the support from the company. They provide a way to contact them for support but no one EVER messages back. There is no instruction on how often to stretch or when to move to the next level. I’m sticking with beginner level until I see a change in my flexibility, still waiting in week 2…

So I purchased this last year and at a reasonable rate. Easy to download and started the sessions and got to full pike . had to put on hold for a while since I got a ruptured appendix… nothing to do with exercise.. just infection… but slowly this past few months I’ve started stretching again… it helps back,neck and most of all hip flexors and now I’m back to full pike …
They are so helpful if you’ve any questions they get back to you and I totally recommend this work out. You won’t look back!! I’m 57!! And I bend like I’m 25!!

The stretching seems to useful but there is no details of alternatives and points to consider- the details that you find on free yoga videos on Youtube. The upselling on intial sign up shows the creator has no faith that anyone would want to upon experiencing the programme willing get the extras. That sort of hard sell makes me want not even complete the first purchase and no interest getting any extras now. Michael

Very satisfied with the program as it really helped me get rid of my back ache and I can now also lay palms flat on the floor. Support has been friendly when I asked the to resend me link to the course…

Scam, this is not worth the money and there is no refund.

Scam website. I attempted to purchase the program but it won't accept my info. Customer support says we can't help you talk to the vendor. REALLY???? Looked for their email address where I encountered the big red flag. It's spelled out. No dots or at symbols. Clearly a fake website. Idk what kind of scam they are running but stay away.

My flexibility did get slightly better but no where near what was promised. Their customer support through the website never responded to my questions and the non stop, snake oil sales emails are ridiculous. Like a new one everyday with links to videos that you have no idea how long they are that are basically infomercials disguised as useful information.

I love the Hyperbolic Stretching program and achieved my front splits in 32 days and my lower back pain was gone in just few initial session- it’s a one-off fee, no monthly payments and the support was super friendly. Can’t recommend it enough.

I don't know where these reviews come from but this is the best program I ever purchased simply because I was able to achieve full front splits and pain in my back and hips is gone. All their videos work perfectly, you just need to use Google Chrome or Safari browsers. I was even able to cast the videos from my mobile to my TV. Got some extra add-on programs from them as well and received all the access links in an email from Clickbank. Their support responds promptly when contacted via their Facebook or Instagram page.

i ordered the program and followed the instructions and none of digital videos would play. I immediately contacted the company through support and email. No response. I went onto paypal and submitted a complaint and they state that they contacted the company. I can’t believe i fell for this. It smells strongly of a scam. I am embarrassed that i didn’t check into this further .

I purchased a hyperbolic stretching course that was advertised to include a free "60 Day Superflex Continuity Program" valued at $17. While I gained access to the course I paid for immediately, I did not receive access to the free course as promised. In an attempt to resolve the issue, I contacted Clickbank as indicated in a note that stated the link to the free course would be provided in a separate email. However, Clickbank responded by informing me that the email with the link was sent after the purchase and subsequently closed my customer support ticket. I reopened the ticket to clarify that I did receive a link, but it was for the course I paid for, not the free one that was supposed to be included with my purchase.

To my disappointment, I received another automated email from Clickbank today, stating that since two days have passed without a response from the vendor, they recommend requesting a refund as the best course of action. I am extremely frustrated with this kind of service. It's unacceptable that they promote something they fail to deliver, waste my time with back-and-forth emails, and then suggest a refund simply because they perceive a lack of accountability. This situation is truly outrageous.

Honestly, I cannot comprehend why Alex Larsson would invest money in advertising if his service falls so short, resulting in negative reviews and the loss of potential new clients. I am completely dissatisfied and utterly disgusted with this experience.

Complete scam. As soon as I paid (they charged more than they stated), I went to the site via the link and realised immediately (the same day) that it was nothing like it promised. Tried absolutely everything but couldn’t get my money back. Not only that, having said it was a one-off payment, they lied and set it up as a continuous payment. No answer to numerous emails and, despite having unsubscribed, I keep on receiving emails selling more things. I’ve lost my money, don’t lose yours! Lastly, even if they answer this complaint later with a saccharine response, don’t believe them. Trust pilot doesn’t give the client a right of reply (I have brought this up with TP), so please don’t believe anything this company says.

I purchased the 4 week program and followed the instructions to the letter.

After 10 weeks I realised that the new pains I was getting in the front and back of my thighs, my calves, my hips and lower back were being caused by the exercises in this program. Unfortunately this was much later than the 30 day money back guarantee, otherwise I would certainly have claimed a refund.

My flexibility did improve, eg I could get to about 8 inches above the floor in the front stretch position, having started at around 14 inches. However, bear in mind this took 10 weeks, whereas the program claims a full front stretch is possible within 4 weeks…for anyone of any age. I would suggest that this claim is completely false.

I am a fit man in my late 50’s. I am lean and strong and workout with weights 3 times a week, following a program that includes stretching.

I am continuing with a much more limited range of the stretches in this program but after I stopped following the extreme stretching and muscle contractions it promotes, my pain has gone away and I feel much better.

I am convinced I would have injured myself badly, such as sustaining torn ham-strings, had I continued with it.

I would certainly not recommend it to anyone. Should you wish to achieve this unusual level of flexibility, I would strongly recommend going to a fully trained and qualified instructor who can guide and assist you in face to face classes. Otherwise, you run a high risk of injury.

This program is amazing, I was looking for such coaching for long. Nothing complicated, simple movements to achieve, and a clear progression, with relaxation and an immediate well-being, all for a very affordable price! Let me highly recommend...
