I only was able to use it for few times before it started to have issues and now I can use it until resolved and I don’t know when that will be. It’s a great machine while it was working but I paid too much money for it to get only few uses out of it.

I ordered a Hypervibe G14 in Canada on June 13 for CA$3,750.75, shipping and tax included. The invoice and tracking did not arrive until June 24.

The machine arrived June 26 with a European (Type C) power cord that does not fit Canadian outlets. I reported it the next day. On June 29 they shipped a Canadian cord and asked for photos of the machine's label to rule out a 230V European unit. I sent them the same day. Two days of silence followed, and when I followed up on July 1, I learned the person handling my case had left the company.

On July 2 they confirmed I had been sent the European machine and offered a full refund or $250 in credit toward a replacement. I chose the refund. I repacked the 88 lb machine myself, including rebuilding the styrofoam packaging that had arrived broken, and confirmed it was ready for pickup on July 7. They then asked for photos of the packed boxes from all angles plus the spare power cord. I sent what I could.

On July 10 they told me they would take it from here and keep me updated. Then nothing for a week. On July 20, after I followed up again, I was told the warehouse was still trying to secure a carrier and that my refund would not begin processing until the machine is picked up.

It is now July 23. The machine is still sitting in my garage. There is no pickup date, no carrier, and no refund.

To be fair, everyone I dealt with was polite. But every step of resolving it has landed on me, and I have had to chase every single update. I will follow up again, and update this review if and when the refund is issued.

Tried to contact Hypervibe via their website (Technical support form) and by sending email and did not receive any reply.

My name is Dr Mike M.. I am a Chiropractor and have been practicing for 51 years. I had a nerve injury in my right leg in January of 2023 that caused increased swelling. The right leg already had some swelling in it prior to the injury. In 2011 I had prostate cancer surgery and as a result of removing some lymph nodes my right leg developed lymphedema (swelling.) After looking at several vibration plates I decided I liked the Hypervibe the most. I ordered my Hypervibe in July of 2023. I use it every day for 10 minutes at 9 HZ. After a month I noticed less pain in my right leg from the injury. By the end of September most of the swelling from the leg injury and the lymphedema is gone. I have suffered with the lymphedema for almost 13 years. Sometimes my right leg would be so swollen it would be hard to bend the knee.
I am very pleased with the results in my health using the Hypervibe and would recommend it as a home treatment to improve your health. I plan to continue to use my Hypervibe for the rest of my life.

I have enjoyed many benefits from using my Hypervibe G17 Pro for more than 7 years. I use it every morning to warm up, retain flexibility and get my body going. I also like using it after a hard day of strenuous exercise to reduce lactic acid build up and lymphatic drainage, and just relax with gentle massage. This machine is so versatile that when I want to get in a heavy resistance, sweat soaked workout, I just follow the more advanced programs.
The machine has been bulletproof since I bought it all those years ago. It was finally starting to need some attention today for the first time ever. This prompted me to call Hypervibe support even though my machine is way passed the warranty period
I was SO pleasantly surprised to get an actual person to talk to. This specialist named Arthur diagnosed my issue within minutes with a few very specific questions and actions for me to take. Once diagnosed, he ordered the part to be shipped quickly right to me for a nominal cost.
We discussed how important my daily routine of using the G17 to maintain my health was to me, and he took that to heart. Arthur genuinely listened to my questions and assured me we could get my machine back to tip top shape simply and quickly. He also assured me that if I had any questions or difficulty changing the part that he would be there to assist me further if necessary.
It is a relief to know that Hypervibe has such professional, knowledgeable, kind and friendly people that make your satisfaction the first order of concern.
They stand behind their excellent products with wonderful customer service. A very rare thing these days.
The G17 was a piece of exercise equipment that I researched for months prior to buying one. All of my studies and comparisons showed that there was no better machine for any price. Machines costing more than twice the price couldn't provide the same benefits that the G17 could.
Once I started using the machine, I was amazed at the number of improvements in my health and well being.
I have always lived an extremely active lifestyle which has caused great trauma to my poor body. Having scoliosis hasn't helped either. Snow and water skiing, racing motorcycles and dune buggies and mountain bikes off road beats your body up tremendously. Specially when you crash, which I did a lot. Weight training and running has been a part of my life since high school. Now over 40 years later, my knees and back are not up to the rigors of running to keep fit. I highly recommend the Hypervibe G17 for ANYONE. Whether you are super active and fit, and just don't have the time for a "full workout" at times, Or if you are not physically up to a hard exercise regimen, and you need to build up your therapy a little at a time. Hypervibe also has other machines that are not as robust as well. If you don't need all the bells and whistles that I wanted in the G17, the other machines are still capable of providing all of the many benefits from whole body vibration. And if you do the research yourself, you'll find that Hypervibe is hands down the best line of exercise machines available.

My husband and I both enjoy using the Hypervibe. It was recommended to us by our physician to build strength by increasing bone density. We try to use at least 3-4 times a week, and we both appreciate the workout it gives us. I also use it to strengthen my arms by doing push-ups. It's a great machine, well worth the money we have invested in it.

The company takes a personal interest in my health and wellbeing and how it relates to my hypervibe use. They are always easy to reach and explain things clearly from a professional point of view. I'm very happy with the service right here in our own country :)

Our G17 pro vibration plate at our clinic stopped working. I reached out to HyperVibe and Daryl helped us throughout the whole process, which took almost 3 weeks to get fully resolved. Rockstar customer service!

I made an inquiry to buy a Hypervibe G10 machine for my daughter's therapy. She is diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy. I live in Botswana so it wasn't a straightforward purchase, it was complicated trying to work out the logistics and the best way to get the machine to me. Dean was so helpful, it was refreshing to deal with such a patient and thoughtful representative who always replied promptly to my many emails and questions. It took a few weeks but we eventually came up with the best solution and we are so excited to start using our vibration plate in therapy sessions.

We love it! I use the lymphatic which is great for my fibromyalgia. My inflammation way down. Circulation improved. I love the workouts as well. My husband uses as well. He loves how relaxed allvhis muscles feel. We use everyday. But we need another block one is not enough for the workouts. How can i get another?

My husband and I both use our G-14 which Arthur
sold to us in October. My husband, who has Parkinson's disease, uses it to improve his balance
and stability and to strengthen his core so that he
can stand up straighter and improve his gait. We both think the G-14 has helped with all of the above.

We had spent weeks evaluating the different vibration platforms and one kept coming up as the BEST machine for it's features & price and that was the G10 V2 Hypervibe machine. So we took the plunge and contacted the company. WOW the service and attention to detail were wonderful. Truly a company that values it's customers. Arthur was our contact person, I hate to say salesperson, because he was so much more than that, and through a series of e-mail conversations determined that this was the right machine for us. We have not been sorry. We have used the machine for only three days now and we can already feel the difference. This little rocket launching pad (Hypervibe G10 Mini) is the best in the market, strictly based on my experience compared with other brands. I have a G10 mini which I use every day. It has a high built quality to withstand the staggering G10 it generates.
There is a lot of support on "HyperVibe App" with Bluetooth Connectivity. There are training programs for everyone, depending on your fitness level and your objectives.
Before and after sales service is excellent. Sales consultants kept in touch from the moment the order was placed and delivery by courier to ensure that the item is safely delivered.
I am very pleased with their commitment to support the consumers. They are in regular contact offering help if there are queries. and the device is among the best in the market.

We received the Hypervibe G10 Mini. It will be very helpful for a family member with special needs. We had some technical issues but customer service was with us every step of the way until our issue was resolved.

Hypervibe is the real deal. I tried some other cheaper options first, but if you want a genuine vibration platform this is it.

I use Hypervibe G10 and G14 in my physiotherapeutist practice with helping children with neuromuscular disability .
