I love my Hypervibe G14
I love my Hypervibe G14. I use it every day and have noticed many improvements. I am much more toned and have much more energy. I enjoy the programs too, although I use it manually as well. The first week I experienced a massive detox and felt very tired after using the machine, now I just feel energised. I also bought it to stimulate lymph and circulation and strengthen bones etc, so many benefits! I'llet you know how my bone density in about 9 months. I'm addicted abd and even take the plate on holidays. Thank you Hypervibe.

Factory defect frame welding
The plate of my Hypervibe G17 has had the frame of it broken, only after a few months of usage.
According to our local technician the plate's welding underneath, has been of very poor quality.

I believe in product transparency for other users
My G17 has only been on the same location as installed As this hyper was the legacy of my deceased dad.
I'm still waiting for hypervibe support, who's been asking purchase details of my dad.

Started out well didn’t end that way
I bought a G 10 mini vibration platform from Hypervibe. It got light duty maybe 2 to 3 uses per week of less than five minutes each time. After three years I had difficulty powering the unit up. Hypervibe customer service went back-and-forth about warranty repairs. I was told the repair was covered by warranty, then I was told it might not be, then I was told they would send the part I needed only later to be told they would not. Yes it was that crazy. They eventually quit responding to my emails and the issue was never resolved. I recommend that you avoid this brand given my experience. To summarize: poorly manufactured equipment and unscrupulous warranty service.

We accept responsibility and fault when we have failed to deliver on product or service, and we will always attempt to rectify. However in the case of this review, we must point out that this same fake review was posted on all 3 of our product pages on Amazon, where we managed to have one of them removed.
As we pointed out in response to the Amazon reviews, the warranty of Hypervibe machines until 2018 was 2 years. From 2018 onwards, it became a 2 year labor, 5 year parts and 10 year motor warranty. Per the events this person would like you to believe, if the machine was working for 3 years and then stopped, and this review was left in 2019, then this person would have had a machine that was purchased prior to 2018 and out of warranty. To contact us within the warranty period as claimed, the contact would have had to have come within 2 years, and the review says the machine worked for 3 years.
But that is not the only problem with this story. In 2018 we decided to honor our new warranty retrospectively, so that even if someone had purchased a machine prior to the addition of the 5 years parts and 10 years motor warranty, we would provide them with the same. There are simply no cases of any warranty obligations we have not met, and per my above statement, we have voluntarily offered our new warranty retrospectively. A genuine customer in the situation where their is a fault after 2 years but before 5 years, would be provided free diagnosis and parts, and would be provided with instructions on how to have the parts replaced.
We have no record anywhere, anytime of communication with a Bruce Thomson, but we would encourage any genuine customer in such circumstance to contact us for our assistance.
