Ibotta Avis 

I’m having a terrible time with Ibotta. I used some of my earnings to buy a $50 gift card. It doesn’t work. It says in active. Ibotta keeps giving me the run around.
Date probably before what I put. It’s been a long time with a lot of emails. I feel like Ibotta just stole $50 from me. Please help!

Lately the app has been missing my cash back. The last few times I’ve had to scan my items after submitting my receipt because they do not show up that I bought them. I trust that it keeps up like it is supposed to but lately it has not.

Ibotta customer service is great for missing rebates. Fast and thorough!

System frequently doesn’t automatically provide credit for purchases of approved merchandise. Process to communicate with customer support is awful. The AI chatbot doesn’t respond accurately. Process to submit ticket due to system failures is exhausting. Need to provide members email option to efficiently resolve issues. Burdensome for members!

I purchased 3 Krustesz mixes. 1 Banana nut and 2 Chocolate chunk. I only got credit for 2. This keeps me from getting the weekend bonus. It's on the Ingles receipt

I enjoy using Ibotta to get money back on items I usually buy. I also love the “free” offers, where I get to try new products I wouldn’t have tried otherwise.

A few days ago I cashed in a $50 award and used it to buy $50 in grocery's! I loved it as I am on a fixed income. I am glad that you people there watch our receipts to make sure we get what we qualify for! Thank you so much!

I have 2 kids and don't have time to look up every item. It would be helpful if we could scan every receipt. And the app would just take
The items from the receipt and tell us what we have promotions for.

Could not figure out how to scan my Walmart receipt

Great app, love getting money baton items I buy and lots of different stores to shop from.

I missed a deal on Miracle Whip at Walmart today. When I got home, I had an email stating that I had missed a deal and I went to my app and checked the box. I received $3.00 that I didn’t even know was available. Thanks for the heads up!

No option, after waiting days, to hear valid purchased items does not match receipt after promotion has expired.

I have a cash back offer for skinny dipped almonds 2.00$ off & u can purchase up to 5 i purchased 2. The bar code was not accepted & the photo on offer was exactly what I purchased. There is no easy way to contest this. I would like a review & the 4$rebate for the 2 i purchased

Lately using iBotta has been a pain. I couldn't get the cash back on the grapes I purchased because even though it's on my receipt, the package didn't have a bar code for me to scan. Also, the Simple Mills crackers I scanned, purchased, scanned again when submitting the receipt was denied because "it didn't match the receipt" even though it shows as the 4th item on the receipt.

While the transaction itself went quickly, the item is supposed to be free after offer. My cost to purchase was $1.49. The credit I received was $1.18 which does not make it ‘free’. Falsely stated in my eyes.

I got an email saying I had earned $5.00, and it still has not been added to my balance.

I only received credit for one of the four items I purchased. I purchased three Ziploc bags which I verified with the app before purchasing and when I scanned the receipt the app found the offer but I am missing my 3.00 and credit towards the bonus of three items.

I love Ibotta. It’s like building up a savings account. You shop for the things that you need get money back it builds up in an account. I like to save it for something I really want and then buy it. It’s like almost getting it for free.

The app didn't pick up that I also purchased California Grapes for an additional $0.35 rebate, and I am not able to submit as missing because the Grapes do not have a UPC. The "help" chatbot is useless...she keeps going in circles and also won't let me submit.

I can appreciate the upgrades that allow ibotta to automatically receive our purchase(s) via the store apps... My problem is that in doing this upgrade, they've made uploading paper receipts a things of the past. Sometimes the cashier's get too far ahead and they might be in a hurry, then they'll screw customers out of being able to enter our phone numbers so the ibotta app actually does receive our purchases... Bring back upgrading paper receipts PLEASE!
