I saved a little. In today’s economy I need to get back anything I can. I don’t earn a lot of money and I’m older in age so everything helps. Thank you

I love using Ibotta! I usually do all my grocery shopping online and Ibotta a makes it easier for me in helping to decide what to buy. I get money back on most of the things I usually buy anyway. Great savings on food and household cleaning supplies.

I had a coupon for Giant Eagle for Magnum bars for $3. You had to buy 2. I also had the $3 back from Ibotta for 2 Magnum bars. I bought 4 and I did not receive the $3 from Ibotta. I only received the 5 cents back from Ibotta for a purchase.

i had a review of any item chicken 3 times but your crapola system told me I the item did not qualify, when after it was reviewed 3 times it DID QUALIFY.

i am tired of the glitches in your system. i was going to go for the 18 bonus, but after being denied twice for the any item chicken, i decided against it. Too much nonsense. this is happening way too much to me. i don't know if it is because I do so much, you are now trying to discourage me. You better tighten it up or i will do much less with your system,.

It didn’t give me some of the cash back from some of the things I bought. And it wanted me to scan some things that I bought for someone else so I didn’t have them at my house.

I scanned my Harris Teeter receipt 4 times and kept getting it rejected stating the date was over 14 days old, which it wasn’t. Can’t read the date and time so I highlighted it. No items qualified so I again highlighted the chicken I bought. This is so incredibly annoying!

Some of the stuff you all have listed as qualified purchases when you scan barcode it says it is ineligible, very frustrating, it has happened more than once

Main quirk: the flexibility to request (momentary forgotten) rebates after submitting receipt. Please disregard if I am mistaken or rebate was not available.

Main perk: a wide variety ot items to get rebates and the bonuses esp the surprise ones are incredible! Love using your app!

The story:
I submitted receipt (which allowed a 5¢ rebate offer) and received the rebate in about 10 min.
Seen I forgot to scan purchased batteries. Scanned them: upc code 039800145192 Energizer Max AA 8 pack . Rebate 50¢ came up. I didn’t tap on this because I was reading disclaimer first. Went back to item and scanned again and it said “not available”
If I’m mistaken I relent to that. I enjoy your app an have been using it for 12 years

Used to be good but now most of the time it says couldn’t match offers when the items match the offer

This transaction was fine, but not allowing digital receipts from stores that regularly suggest customers use digital receipts (Publix, CVS, etc) significantly detracts from my ability to use Ibotta. I will only use you for Kroger now, 1/3 of the stores I previously used you with. Not a good look to not be environmentally friendly and encourage cutting down more trees and using toxic inks on receipts.

I am sick and tired of Ibotta promoting rebates on items that are strictly from Walmart that do not exist in my state. What offers that do exist Walmart pulls or declines to restock shelves. Again today I wasted my gas and time for Popcorners Protein that are not on any shelf in Walmart and the Tide oxi washing machine cleaner. Neither could be found. Last week the Chips ahoy offers for $3.00 were again not on any shelf. I’m just fed up with both Ibotta and Walmart.

My funds have been frozen for over two weeks. It said it was frozen to keep my funds safe. safe from WHO? ME? I can't seem to get any help on the app. it just tells me the same thing over and over when I try to withdraw my funds. it says wait 7 days, but it has now been over two weeks and I still can't withdraw my funds. There is no phone number to call. and no chat to contact.

I don’t like that you have to have your account linked to the store to get the free after offer products. I have products I want to get money for thru dollar general and my account will not link with the store no matter how many times I do it. We should be able to get the cash back with the receipt bar code.

I submitted the 4 boxes of Sunbelt granola and they were denied. Not sure why when they were on my reciept and I get the UPC scanned from the boxes I bought and it said they matched. Iam done with you Ibotta...grrr

I like that you can
earn money through this app but sometimes when I buy items it does not recognize the items and they are exactly 100% correct even after I scan them after I get home and check the ounces and labels and everything it's denied on my receipt and I don't get the credit .

I got logged out of my Ibotta account on August 17th which I had logged in through my Facebook account and it won't let me log back in I can't create a new account cause my Walmart is connected to my Ibotta account I don't know how I got logged out when I was just on the app on August 16th I have been trying all day to log back in and it isn't working

Any soda .10 cash back not working. I've uploaded 2 receipts recently and there's no way to remedy the situation in the app and I've contacted support. Very disappointed!

They pick and choose when they approve items. Their system seems to be inaccurate when it comes to the actual items. For example, 64oz green tea, scan the exact 64oz green tea that is the same brand. "Items scanned does not match". This happens multiple times. They try very hard not to allow you to cash out. You bet your booty they are gathering all your data and selling it regardless. Aren't we tired of these businesses taking advantage of us knowing good and well there is nothing we can do.

It is easy to use, and I get money back on the things I buy. Being on disability that is a blessing.
