I have no idea if giant eagle is taking it off my bill immediately or if it will by Ibotta. Very frustrating if I was working for a bonus.

I really like the way receipts scan themselves or that you can upload one very easily on other sites. I do not like the way Dollar General is done. It is too complicated to scan everything before you purchase and find the discounts. I think I have to get the discounts, and it is never right because I forgot a step. I would like it if you would fix this to make it easier. Thank you

To get cash back it seems a little complicated. I have other apps that are way easier to use and less complicated. Plus your wording on your cash backs need to be better. Like it needs to clearly state that you can't do it in-store purchase if you're picking up to get the rebate.

I love that Ibotta has many stores shopper rewards linked to account. I also have had a few hiccups and Ibotta has always made it right or explain what the issue was and answer my questions throughly.

I was going to sign up for ibotta. But when I got to the birthday instead of having the typical 2/2/4 entry date, I had to scroll back manually for each month, starting today. I'm 66 years old. I made it back to 2010, then had to quit when I realized I still had 50 years of months to scroll through.

Linked cards don't work for cash back and taking the linked account off doesn't allow for receipts. It's a battle with most pictured receipts to even get the cash back then too

Waited all weekend for the offers to be credited and it’s still not right. I’m still waiting on cash back on two different receipts that the product scanned as being the correct product for purchase. This last one was from Publix. I purchased the Oreo btw and it says I didn’t. Also missing two bonuses.

I purchased the 6 pack of 0 sugar, sweet tea from pure life. I submitted the receipt. I also have pictures of the barcode from the bottom of the box as well as the front of the box. It keeps saying that it was already reviewed. And it doesn't qualify for the dollar back, which is a lie, because that's exactly what it's for I have pictures Of the box as well.
This jumping through hoops , after I purposefully purchased , an item is very upsetting.

I appreciate that you let me know when I miss money back offers.

If you miss a purchase that we have for online shopping we cannot down load the receipt later. We should be able to do both online and grocery shopping.
Also I am noticing lately the online is missing item for the rebate.

First of all I want to say that I absolutely love Ibotta and have been using it for many years! My husband teases me because I get so excited when after an hour or so of clipping, checking and cross referencing products on sale at Safeway I go shopping and come back with a massive savings on my store receipt, usually around 45% to 60% and then i hop on over to your company and submit a receipt with cash back that I use when I'm strapped for cash and the dogs need kibbles. My last shopping trip earned $18.35 from your awesome company!!!
I recently discovered the arcade and am really enjoying that because I was already playing word games every day, now i can get payed for it!
The user interface and graphics on the app are superior and so easy to use.
I basically love everything about Ibotta but I do have one complaint which is when I submit a receipt I turn the flash on and it lights up, when i take the picture it flashes like it should but the picture still shows up dark as if the flash wasnt used at all. This started happening months ago after using your flash feature for a long time with no problem whatsoever. Not really a big deal, just frustrating and its hard to get a good receipt picture to submit.
Other than that you guys are WONDERFUL!!! My husband and I love and appreciate your company and all of the money it has saved us.
