I like that you can link your loyalty cards to the app and that it catches if you miss offers! I don't like how it's getting harder to get cash back, especially with places like Sam's club. It doesn't make since that you can't get cash back on groceries. It does seem that the app has a lot of glitches, but you are able to get them fixed quickly. It's a wonderful idea, and I've been thankful for the cash I've been able to get back! I will use it when I can.

Have loved this app for many years. Rewards accumulate quickly. Customer support was wonderful with a recent question I had today.

I was missing cash back in my Ibotta app and reached out through email to support for assistance. I heard back in less than 2 hours and my issue was resolved. Many thanks to Mercedita I. for the quick response and assistance.

It was difficult to work through the chat bot to get to better correspondence. Once I was able to do that my issue was rectified quickly. HOWEVER this is becoming an increasing issue where cash back is getting denied by "unable to read receipt" that is clearly viewable.

There are never enough items that I purchase to find on ibotta. And there are sometimes too many limitations for choice and variety on the brands available. Also it takes too long to go through all the listings looking for items that I do purchase.

Often products Ibotta offers incentives for are not carried in the stores at the particular time. In addition, there have been times I checked and re-checked the fine print and no exclusions are noted. The barcode is checked in store and the exclusion is added after the rejection. For example that was the process I did on Kraft Grated Parmesan Cheese at Costco. The size was changed to the smaller 8 oz. after I scanned the barcode.

Still not correct. I had 3 of an item that was supposed to gone me 1.00 each back. Gave .10 for one. Went back in, now given another .10.

I bought 2 All Detergent thinking that I could do this rebate more than once. I realized that I could only do it one time and so I returned one of the items on my receipt. Ibotta took away the entire rebate saying I returned the item when I only returned one of them. They should be able to distinguish this better than that knowing exactly what is and is not returned

Always fast replying and making things right. Very helpful. I'd recommend everyone use ibotta, saves me lots of money.
