I enjoy the IBOTTA app as it has helped me earn a lot of ca$h- back, A LOT.

I did not need to summit a receipt because I had my store card entered. Very easy to get money.

I have two products that should have gotten money for but when I scan the bar code I get a message that the barcode isn't for the product, but it is. On one of the products it says, "send for review" but when I click that. It gives an error.

I missed out on a one-dollar rebate for each 4-pack of Oikos Greek yogurt. I bought two—one vanilla and one strawberry—and scanned them.

They are full of shit. Worse experience ever . I'm in and out of store several times a week. I look for deals , so I get anywhere 50 -100 a week here , now they deactivate my account for my shopping habits... IT THIS NOT WHAT THIS IS FOR. Count your days.

I reached out to Ibotta on Facebook because I could not find out how to message them on the app. I was having problems with an item I had purchased. They were quick to respond to me.

I was able to receive my cash back within a reasonable time.

Ibotta is my go to app for grocery savings! They are easy to navigate and simple to load awesome deals to save you money!

Ibotta truly gives cash back! I’ve gotten every penny advertised as promised and sometimes more than expected. A great way to boost my fun money while doing things I’m already doing anyway. Love it!

The first time I posted my receipt you tried to rip me off onto two offers one for three dollars and one for 425. I had to state that I was missing cash back. Resubmitted the two high dollar items and then you only approved one. I’m still fighting to get all of my offers back. You try to continually rip people off and not give them back the money on the offers they earned.

Limiting when you can withdraw the funds earned

I love this app! I really love getting cash back and be able to withdraw money to use for Birthday & Christmas gifts, etc.

I received the email stating that I earned cash back of $ 1.50 from a purchase from Jewel food store but the cash back was never added to my account

I never recieved the 20.50 for recent purchases made. I have the email honoring cash back but no cash back given. I emailed support with great difficulty and was met with confusion. No attempt to review or correct the error. I'll no longer promote this company and will look at other cash back options instead of wasting valuable time searching the stores for products.
If I could give a 0, I would. 3 years... 2kdollar member.

I’m disappointed that the amounts I can earn have gone down so much

When I go shopping sometimes I don’t have time to look through the Ibotta app for things I am buying. So today I looked on app just to check if there was anything I was going to buy and I didn’t see anything but any receipt and any toothpaste. So I go shop and buy something that wasn’t on my list and wasn’t checked off before I shopped and checkout and then try and claim it and Ibotta tells me you have to claim everything before you check out. But this time they will give it to me. I’m saying if I bought something that is on the app and I use my credit card that is attached, I should get credit for anything that is on the app! Maybe you might need to update the app to make it easier for the customers. I don’t always have time to scroll through the app first. Thank you

After I start adding the items I might purchase after a few min. It stops and won’t let me add anything else. That’s y I don’t add anything before I shop. It’s getting too hard. It’s almost not worth it especially the last time I had over $20 and when I switched my phone it deleted it completely the $20 was approximately Dec. 2023 and the adding stuff is every time I do it

Stop verifying all of my purchases. I have to wait well over 36 hours every time I make a purchase. Purchased Oreo ice cream bars, scanned barcode before purchase, app verified item was eligible yet I was denied.
