ibotta has coupons for several popular products that I purchase. When I submit my purchase receipts, I promptly get credit for the value of ibotta’s coupon. That’s great❗️

There are many ways to find savings both in store and online. Some receipts can be linked to make the savings process easier, too. It is especially fun to find free offers on items, such as when a new product is developed by a retailer. For a few minutes work, I have saved over $200 this year on regular purchases.

I purchased $2700+ worth of appliances and was supposed to get $19+ in case. The washer arrived damaged so they delivered the replacement the very next day. You took money away from the $19 that I was supposed to get. Then after I complain, you send out an email crediting my cash but it has yet to hit my account. You people make it so difficult to get the money that is earned. It's ridiculous.

After submitting my receipt. I was told my items didn't match. I knew they did because I scanned the item before purchasing it. Then I scanned the barcode at home while submitting the receipt to ibitta for them to say again it didn't match. After 3 attempts and contacting customer service is when the cashback was finally awarded and that took over a week. There needs to be a better check and balance system in place and multiple description on how a store would show the item on the receipt. Example: my store has the BTS oreos on the receipt as BTE oreos. Why is that my fault After I scanned the product on multiple occasions to ensure the item was the correct one I was purchasing. I thought that was the point of the scan function if the receipt says incorrect you scan the product and it links the product. Ibotta is getting worst in the verification process. I see why newer people that I refer says its too complicated.

The offers are great. They really help with overall grocery savings. I really like how quick the care team addresses an issue and they are very fair and obliging with the solutions.

Im having problems with my reciept from Walmart

Sometimes Ibotta will not give me my credit for items from Food City. Also, cannot get my phone number verified even though it's the same phone number since I joined Ibotta. You need to fix your issues for a person trying to verify a phone number.

This is the 4th email I've received. The first was for this amount and indicated missing cash back. The missing item was for Pepcid Complete for which I had added a $3 coupon before purchase. However, when I attempted to claim the cash back offer the only coupon made available was for $2 dollars. Ibotta then credited me the $2. Later I received another email stating I hadn't added the $2 coupon before the purchase, but that they would honor it this time. How magnanimous, seeing as they hadn't honored the $3 coupon I not only added before purchase, but scanned in the store to make sure it was still available. Now I'm wasting time dealing with their mistake.

I was alerted to an item that I had just purchased qualifying for savings that I had not clipped. I was given the heads-up and a 24 hour window to claim the savings. In the process of clipping that savings, I found more savings available for items I intend to buy this weekend. Very helpful since I am new to this platform and haven't yet gotten into a routine of checking for new savings opportunities before going to shop.

Really a best company.its made my life easier

I loved ibotta in the beginning. The last 2 years I have had a lot of trouble with receipts. My walmart account is linked but I am missing hundreds of receipts, some months have no receipts. I work there so I buy something almost everyday. I get emails saying that I have missing cash from my purchases but I can never do anything about it cause there is no history of the receiot. If I scan a physical copy of my receipt it says its already been submitted but doesnt show up

Its a great website and seems easy to use but there's been a few times ive selected offers and then submitted receipt and its not given me the money. But over all its a great page

Store receipt was not good so I was told to submit barcodes, which I did. Apparently they were accepted because I was told that $3 was credited to my account. Just got an email which indicated I did not.
