Hello, I bought my iCandy Pip stroller from you in November 2025. Recently I have noticed a problem with the frame. There are no visible cracks, but whenever I lift the stroller to get onto a kerb or onto a bus, the left side of the frame makes a loud clicking/creaking noise and feels unstable through the handle. I am concerned that something may be loose or faulty, as it does not feel safe anymore. Could you please advise if this can be inspected or repaired under the warranty? I can provide photos, a video and my proof of purchase. Thank you.

Good pushchair, easy to carry when travelling. Maybe quality not as high as expected.
