I got icracked-it to look at my iPhone 8, which wasn't recognising there was a sim installed. I received regular and helpful updates on progress. My phone was returned promptly, within the timescale forecast originally, and in good working order. The cost was also as forecast. I wouldn't hesitate to use icracked-it again if the need arises.

This company went out of their way to make the whole process of collecting my desktop, repairing it, and returning it very simple. They explained why the changes need to be made and having completed the works my iMac is running faster than it ever has done. The prices are good and I was even able to talk through setting it back up again with James in the office. The icing on the cake was that they also collected my phone when they returned the computer and replaced my iPhone battery for a very good price and in a matter of hours. This company went out of their way to make the process simple and swift. Social distancing, masks worn and everything safe and efficient. Highly recommended service – totally trustworthy.

I can’t talk more highly of I Cracked it! They saved my computer and my work! I had just returned to the Uk and in isolation for 14 days. My life is on my computer and i work from it, the keyboard and mouse stopped working. I called cracked and Jay was so kind and helpful managed to get my laptop to London and delivered it especially for me back that same evening! Thank you so much! Went in to see how much it would cost to repair or replace the charging port on my iPhone SE as it wasn't working. I handed my phone to the young guy behind the counter, who proceeded with a fine pair of tweezers to remove some fluff from inside the port of the phone...took minutes...worked perfectly and wouldn't accept a payment....very generous and hope the shop does well...excellent service with a smile....Thanks I will be back with any other Apple problems.

Greeted by a very friendly and helpful young man, we thought we needed a new charging port on my daughters iPhone but all it needed was some pocket lint removed, all done in less than 5 minutes with no charge. Customer service like this is very hard to find these days. Excellent shop would definitely recommend to everyone, 5 ⭐️ service.
