Maidenhead branch
I went into the Maidenhead branch as my daughter's iPhone was not switching on. Was helped by a nice friendly guy. My daughters phone was repaired within 40 minutes with a 3 month warranty and reasonable fee. I will definitely use them for all out future Issues we might have. I Highly recommended.

Highly Recommended
Had my spare i6 screen replaced and they also diagnosed and repaired the audio fault on my i7+. The handset would only work with wireless headphones. Both were done for less than £60 each and the turnaround was under 48 hrs. I've used them before and would highly recommend them again.

Just been to Maidenhead and am really chuffed with a great job. My Ipad was dropped over Christmas and the screen cracked. Dave has done a brilliant job and I would highly recommend.

I dropped into their Maidenhead branch…iPhone 6 battery
I dropped into their Maidenhead branch to see if they could put a new battery into my iPhone 6 - they couldn’t have been more helpful and nice - when I came back from the hairdressers an hour later it was all done and working. I highly recommend them.

Performs miracles!! Complex phone issue resolved, and with excellent service. I had a complex issue with my phone. Took my phone to the Maidenhead Branch where one of team member assisted me on the times visited. My phone required what is called Level 4 repairs, and I have to say having also checked with the makers of the phone (who said nothing could be done to repair) I was over the moon that icracked-it managed to repair the phone. Excellent service quick very informative and friendly staff! Can’t fault them at all! Great job fixing my phone and great price too!!

One Very Unhappy Customer!l
I was having a problem with my Apple iPhone switching itself off randomly which was a nuisance. I sort advice at a phone shop in Maidenhead High St and they suggested I take it to Icracked-it. I took it in explained and he diagnosed a software problem. I was told by the repair technician it could be fixed by reinstalling the software and should take an hour or so. I left the phone feeling confident it was in good hands him being a Certified Apple Technician. I got a call later telling us that he had carried out the procedure but that the phone screen was now showing activated locked and that I would need to visit the Apple Store in Reading and get one of their Geniuses to unlock it. So off we went to the Apple Store in Reading to visit their Genius Bar. They were very helpful but unfortunately they were unable to get my handset up and running. They confirmed that the issue was caused by the software restore on the device and that the cellular software update that icracked-it carried out had failed, The only solution they could offer was replacing the unit at a cost of £259. The next day we returned to see the Technician to inform him of the outcome and show him the report given to us by the Apple Store. Surprisingly the technician who carried out the repair seemed rather put out that there was any suggestion that he had in anyway contributed to my iPhone now been completely useless. He seemed quite unconcerned that I would now have to go and purchase a new mobile and not even an apology was forthcoming.

Thank you for your review and we are sorry that you feel unhappy with the service we provided. We have read your review with interest. Firstly, we care passionately about service and we always make every effort. The key issue here is that when you brought in the phone you reported the problem that it would not connect to your carrier (you could not make calls or receive them) also that it would not connect properly to wifi. In these circumstances we make clear (and did) that the only possible option was to re-install the software but that it might not work and it might not connect in which case you still would not be able to connect to your carrier or solve the wifi problem. We also made clear that this was a no fix - no fee service and the risk is yours to take. You also signed our terms and conditions which detailed the risk. You told us to proceed. We re-installed the software, but it would not connect to your network. Apple of course would not be interested in a phone out of warranty. We did not charge you. You also mentioned that your phone "worked perfectly" before your brought it to us, but it had the faults your brought it in for. We always want a first time fix, but for the reasons pointed out that is not always possible.
