I don’t think they care about their customers.
I have ordered before and been happy with my purchase. This time I was offered an instant £10 gift card if I placed an order of £30 or more. So I bought more totalling £44 to get the gift card. When no gift card arrived I contacted customer services. They asked for a screen shot of the offer which I sent and said they would get back to me. I heard nothing more. Really disappointed. I feel like they don’t really care once they have my money. Not the way to keep your customers. I don’t think I’ll be buying again.
