Great shop.
Thanks for providing my wife with a great bike. She loves it. The staff are lovely, helpful and friendly. The only issue, and the reason why not 5 stars, was the fact that the bike was delivered with a faulty chain which led to a skipping gear called "chain suck" that I had to fix myself. Minor issue but tells me that the bike had not been test ridden prior to sale. All well now though.

We went to the store in Clitheroe. The staff extremely good and very knowledgeable, helped us find the correct bikes for us. We would highly recommend them.

Wonderful service
Wonderful service. Did not feel pressured at all. Lots of help to find a suitable cycle which arrived a few days later after being tried and tested .

A very satisfactory online order
I ordered an e-bike online for home delivery. The bike arrived promptly and in good condition. Communication from I Cycle Electric was very good and my messages to them were answered well. I'd have no hesitation in using them again.

I Cycle are excellent!
I Cycle have been a great support in helping myself and my wife to buy the ebikes best suited to us. My Ampere Tourer S was the right bike for me from the start. It did develop a problem which needed replacement parts from the manufacturer, but I Cycle picked the bike up and returned it to my home after repairs were effected.
My wife had more problems finding the best ebike for her. I Cycle were very understanding and delivered and collected several bikes for her over a long period. The Ampere Deluxe promised to be right but it couldn't match the performance of my Tourer S. After a long trial this was returned (and a financial agreement reached) so now we have two Ampere Tourer Ss!
Throughout almost a year of comings and goings the I Cycle staff, sales, admin and mechanics, have been nothing but helpful and friendly.
I Cycle deserve the highest praise from us!

We had been looking for an electric…
We had been looking for an electric bike for a while , and other vendors we'd tired,were not willing to let us ride the bike before spending a significant amount of money !.
I cycle electric were a breathe of fresh air . There were several bikes to try and ride up a near by hill and then once we'd pick a suitable model we were allowed to have it for 24 hours to try out. Possible changes to the bike were discussed and met with a can do attitude, rather than tooth sucking.
We bought the bike and we have been delighted with their service.

The place to buy an e Bike
I was looking for an e bike recently and was told to give I Cycle Electric a go. The recommendation delivered big time. I was made to feel welcome from the moment I entered the shop. All the stall were very helpful and gave me good advise. they let me test ride various models whilst there and also let me borrow a couple over the weekend to help me decide. the experience was about me getting what i wanted and needed rather than selling me anything. i cannot rate then high enough. This the place to go.

Men's electric hybrid bicycle.
Purchased an electric hybrid bike end of August.Thought I would wait until after its first little 'tweek service' before commenting. The bike is really good, and allows me much more freedom and cycling range. It was a simple and no pressure purchase after several little test rides on 3 different bikes. The bike was even delivered to our caravan near Settle!Fully charged ready to ride. I would have no qualms about recommending I cycle of Clitheroe.

Brilliant shop and excellent service. They let me try three electric bikes, then dropped one off for me in Lancaster too and no pressure at any point to buy. Very pleased with my eventual purchase.
