I ordered bike lights which turned out to be out of stock. I was telephoned by friendly staff and as a result was offered an alternative which arrived in good time.

This company go the extra mile placed an order on Wednesday night thinking I could pay extra for fast delivery as it was my son’s birthday on the Monday that option was not available I called the company Thursday morning explained my situation and delivered in the own van on the Friday so my would have it for his birthday they did not want to risk it on a courier service due to Black Friday

Bought a fabulous e-bike from this lovely shop. They gave excellent advice on what would meet my requirements and budget and I was able to trial as many bikes as I liked. Would highly recommend icycle for e-bikes.

Everything about icycle electric was very positive, from the first meeting with Nick to him handing over the key for my e-bike it was superb, if I had any questions about the bike he knew everything I needed to know, if I was on the lookout for another bike I would not hesitate to go back
