Excellent support for our coding needs
I’ve been using this company for clinical coding support and have been really pleased with the service. They’re professional, reliable, and the quality of their work is consistently high.
Turnaround times are quick, and communication is always clear and helpful. They have a strong understanding of clinical coding, which makes a real difference to our day-to-day work.
Overall, a very dependable and easy-to-work-with team — I’d definitely recommend them.

Our experience with Ideoshift has been outstanding. We partnered with them to streamline our document management, and they have been incredibly responsive and flexible in adapting to our specific primary care workflows. The entire process is now smoother and significantly more efficient. Most importantly, it has introduced a level of predictability that has boosted our admin team's morale and markedly improved our confidence in patient safety. A true partner in clinical administrative excellence.

It’s been a pleasure working with you and your team, and we’re glad to hear the impact has been felt both in efficiency and in supporting patient safety. That predictability piece is exactly what we aim to bring to practices under pressure.
Great service so far in reducing our outstanding clinical coding
Great communication and assurance from this company prior to commencing our project. Excellent level of work so far. The numbers outstanding for coding are reducing, from nearly 12000 initially to 9514 in a couple of weeks, and we’ve had Christmas bank holidays.
I’m rather pleased as we will have had incoming mail during this period and our local coder has been on leave over the holidays. The ‘outstanding to code’ numbers would have definitely risen during this time, as Health care doesn’t stop for Christmas so I’m rather pleased.
No issues/concerns have been reported to me so far by our Practice Team. Ideoshift asked us to feed back immediately should anything come to light, although I’m not expecting this.

Been with ideoshift since the inception and really pleased as how it has changed my practice's dynamics.
No more off sicks, no recruitment hassles, no staff problems. All replaced by a very quick turn around for an error free coding.
Much safer clinical care combined with an efficient, effective and much cheaper option. One of my best clinical decisions.
