I have been wearing my Pandora bracelet for about a year now and absolutely love it. I wear it all the time, even in the shower, and it still looks perfect — no damage at all. I was so happy with it that I recently bought three more, and I can honestly say the quality is excellent. Highly recommend!

I bought some earrings for my niece and had them delivered with the additional gift box - arrived in quick time and in perfect condition. I also have bought from the stores in Dublin and Alicante and the quality is always great and prices reasonable.

Bought a ring for my daughter online, got the wrong size, went into my local Pandora store and exchanged it for the next size down. Unfortunately that was also too big, so I brought my daughter into the store the next time to try on rings to find her size. But they didn't have that size in her ring, and said to check online whether they had that ring in stock in the correct size, and come back into the store when we saw it was available, and they could exchange it. Weeks later we checked online and it showed that it was available in that size in our local store. I went in and the assistant looked in all areas only to find it wasn't in stock. She said somebody must have bought it and to try again another time. Over 2 months later and we still don't have the ring!! Every time it shows in stock and I go in there is no ring there. The staff have told me that the stock check isn't accurate unfortunately, and all I can do is keep coming back with my ring and trying! They also told me they cannot refund me as mine was bought online. Which I'm pretty sure isn't true. Bottom line, I will never shop online with Pandora again. And given how badly organised their stores/stock is, I will probably never shop with Pandora again at all.
