STAY AWAY FROM “iFood ltd”!!!
We placed our order (#5494) almost 3 weeks ago and still haven’t received it so we decided to call the number provided on the website and were told that the money is still pending. I called my bank to enquire about this issue and I was told that the money is not still pending but that it had in fact been taken out of my account. Upon calling the number provided on their website for a second time, we were told that we would not be receiving the order and then we saw that the order status had been changed to ‘cancelled’! I did not receive a confirmation email for my order but I did take screenshots for proof and I will be pursuing this matter legally. I feel that they choose how to treat you depending on where you are from. “Customer service” is beyond awful, 1 star is too much for this “company” and we will never be using this website again!
