Ordered and expected a delivery, messaged numerous times and did not reply. Then all of a sudden I got an email saying it had been refunded. Waste of time! Don’t bother! Buy elsewhere.

WARNING: TOTAL SCAM - THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY AND IGNORE CALLS!
STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS! I made an order on March 4th, and they took £19.32 from my bank account immediately. However, my account on their website still says "No order has been made yet."
They are literally THIEVES. I have tried calling them dozens of times—THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. I have sent multiple WhatsApp messages and emails, but they completely ignore their customers once they have taken the money.
This is a fraudulent company. Do not trust them with a single penny. I am now forced to start a legal dispute through my bank (Halifax) and report them to UK Trading Standards. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

I placed an order on 30th November. It's the 13 December & my order is still being "processed". I've tried to make contact with the company but I'm getting no reply at all. I've had to contact my bank to refund the payment and order somewhere else. Very bad service & stressful so close to Christmas

Several days later I received a refund, with no explanation, I contacted them asking why?
I have had nothing back from Tamrah at all. The items I ordered are still showing as available. Pretty poor service I'm afraid.

Likely scam website with possibly fake phone number and no email communication
A week after the order was accepted, it was refunded without explanation. The goods are still advertised on the site and there was no response to e-mails. The phone number provided gives a not in use error.
This feels like a scam website.

Just tried their phone on the website and the number is not recognised
But Evri delivered today my order and it had an extra present 💝
Still it would have been great if I didn’t need to worry about this order which would have been avoided with basic customer communication
