Company was absolutely brilliant and very efficient

Had my new boiler and loft insulation installed within two days. The workers were very diligent with there work. Very satisfied with their work. Everything was back to normal in no time and I have a new boiler that is saving me money already. Thank you to all the workers and management.

The company kept me informed every step of the way. They were kind, helpful, courteous and extremely efficient. They answered any calls very quickly. The surveyor, Arslan Baig was so friendly but also professional. The engineers that fitted the boiler were lovely SO friendly and worked really hard..one of them was called Mohammed (Mo) All really lovely guys. Thank you so very much. I'm thrilled to have my new boiler.

My application took a few months, in the end it did get approved. I had one installation date cancelled on the day after I called to chase up when they would arrive. They wanted a further up-to-date bill and we rebooked for following week. I have had my boiler installed today, despite having a morning slot they arrived at 12:30 and were done by 8pm. It was a big job replacing my 30+ year old boiler and I'm very pleased with the work done and how they explained how the controls work. They did leave some of my old copper pipes behind. They did fill up both my bins rather than take the rubbish away. They didn't tell me their names but I did get all paperwork signed and booklets. I was hoping for app controlled heating but was told they don't offer it. I am expecting roof insulation appointment next. Overall I'm grateful, I couldn't afford to pay for this work myself. They also did not remove my old thermostat from lounge wall even though they disconnected it.

The guys, Naeem and Bilal were fantastic, warm and friendly. They worked so hard without making noise or any worries for us. Our house was not easy for them I’m sure because it’s cluttered to say the least. I can’t praise them highly enough. Absolutely excellent

The team that came to fit my new boiler and do the loft insulation were very pilite and professional. They left no mess at all. Early days yet so so can’t comment on anything else other than the boiler looks and works well for now. Will take a while to work it all out

I made an application just two weeks ago. The boiler was installed quickly, efficiently and loft insulated as well within 6 hours. The men were courteous, friendly, clean and knowledgeable. After installing boiler they showed me how it's works.A very good service, there was no hassle, no delay and came on time. Thank you very much for quick responding. I recommend this service.

Well,it all happened very quickly after waiting a year from another setup.dont know what was wrong there! So within a week the attic and window vents were done in 4 hours.

I've just had new central heating put in boiler and radiators I cant fault these men.they worked so hard left everything clean they removed my old warm air heater and all the rubbish.the guys that came Tom Daniel and a young apprentice freddy all worked together,I kept asking questions and nothing was a trouble to them.very pleasant.great service,highly recommended.

Started this process over 6 months and has not got anywhere due to very unprofessional admin staff. I am Single parent, earning less than 20k with a boiler than does not work and over 30 years old. Send of all the documents requested, no one is following up, constantly have to be calling for an update. Each time I called they keep asking for bank statements from the previous months. All required document will be sent off however a month will past with no contact from IGNI then when you contact they will tell you that they need bank statements from the previous months so because they are taking so long to process the application you are constantly having to send retrospective documents. Despite sending off all bank statements, pay statements, child benefits proof, council tax, utility bill etc still no way near. This whole system is shambolic made worst by incompetent staff who will not call or email even though they have your contact details. WHENEVER YOU ASK WHY IS THERE A DELAY THEY COULD NOT GIVE YOU AN ANSWER. In the end I withdraw the application as it was making no sense. I am angry that 6 months of my time was wasted with this company. I thought about complaining but realised that this would achieve nothing. I will now write to my local MP and raised this matter.

They called to tell me they were on their way and when approximately they would arrive. They turned up, were friendly and professional. They got on with their job keeping me up to speed on what they were doing. They tidied up afterwards and i can already feel the difference in the house. A job well done by a pro installer, nothing to fear :) (been a few days now, still happy but the installer put smoke detector directly above hob in kitchen, dumbass) no sign of solar panels, was told i got full grant of 10k??

Came early and finished everything within 6 hours and that was a whole boiler installation. Kept everything tidy and clean took any mess and rubbish that was made.

Igni provided us with the government boiler scheme. They sent out surveyors promptly, then had loft insulation and new boiler booked for the following week.

As far as the boiler installation goes, we are very happy with the service that was provided by the friendly technicians that installed it over a 2.5 day period. The results are notable immediately. Within 2 weeks of the initial online form-filling, everything was complete.

The loft insulation/extractor fan/window vents were subcontracted to another company and we have qualms with an area of the work done. Igni were helpful in chasing this up for us and we are now dealing directly with the company responsible.

Overall, very pleased with out new boiler and the service provided by Igni.

Everything was done on time the installer came early in the morning and they were excellent with the job of installing my boiler.

I would recommend Igni to have your boiler fitted.

They had the boiler fitted within 3 weeks of me applying for the grant from Sheffield Council.
