Ended up ordering the wrong parts due to the uneducated advice from the support team. Took about 20 emails to get a refund & copped a little swearing email from upset David. Absolute joke. I urge you all to go elsewhere

Thanks Blake aka the guy who said "I'd pay good money to kick your face in you queer c*nt" good to know you are using your time productively writing this incoherant rubbish instead of reading and comprehending the assistance I was attempting to give you. I eventually got sick of your bullsh*t and just cancelled your order after explaining for the 4th time that without him telling me some more information about his existing keg and what parts he had with it, I couldn't give advice on what he needed to connect a sodastream bottle to it. Despite explaining that there is multiple different size gas inlets (therefore different size sodastream adapters), multiple different keg connections, (therefore different regulator to keg adapters) and that the spare regulator gauge he'd purchased wasn't a complete regulator and he needed one or it was impossible to connect a gas bottle with 860psi of CO2 pressure to a keg with a 75psi pressure limit without causing an explosion was met with "it already used sodastream bottles before" meaning I have literally zero idea what it is you are trying to buy because you told me you wanted an adapter to get sodastream gas out of the bottle, but must already have one if you've used it before. And you highlighted SAFELY after ignoring everything I told you about how the rest of your kit is what dictates the safety of the system and the information I needed to know in order to help you. I eventually cancelled your order because I'd already wasted hours of my time attempting to help you and only got nonsense in return.
No support or warranty
I tried not to give a bad review because I'm proud of Dave for materializing a good idea into a product.
1. no Brewers on my side knew how to fill, i was so disappointed that i wanted to return the product to buy a standard kit but Dave doesn't pay for return postage therefore it's impossible for you to return the product if your not satisfied Even though he has a return guarantee.
After a lot of research and meeting local Brewers, we came up with a filling solution so I'm still using it, i had to buy some additional standard accessories. Dave had already stop responding to my queries by then.
2. The pressure gauge broke after using a single co2 mini bottle. Looks cute and small but bad quality. Contacted Dave a week ago and you guessed it, never hear back from him again. Guess I'm going to buy another standard gauge and setup today.
I think the keg is very good, you can set the pressure to have little to no foam when pouring. However, for a premium product, as it's cost way more than a standard setup, it has a non existent warranty because Dave will not reply. I'm sure he'll find the time to reply to this post 😂
Cannot post a review on his official website, they are probably all hand picked and even the reviews on this site is probably fake because there's no team! It's only Dave and you never hear back from them!

Hi Chad, your intial contact was via chat on a public holiday, I replied via the following day. You said 2 breweries had declined to fill your keg so you wanted to send it back. I asked which ones so I could contact them and give them a free filling package to enable them to do so perfectly. You that wasn't good enough and I should have already sent them to every brewery. There are more than 750 breweries in Australia, the filling kit costs $89, so I should have spent months of my time sending out $66,000 worth of free gear, with free shipping, in case we ended up with a customer going into that brewery for a refill? You wanted to return the keg (but still never gave me the name of the second brewery you'd tried so i could contact them) so I gave you the return address to do so. You demanded I pay for the return shipping, saying shipping from WA was too expensive, after you'd got free shipping of your order and used a $25 off code. Our shipping policy is clearly written that we will give a full refund within 30 days (with no restocking fee) for unused, change of mind returns but the return shipping cost will have to be paid by the customers. As I explained to you, we aren't Amazon and yes, shipping is expensive, especially from one side of Australia to another. You said I should send out the filling kit for free to everyone who bought a keg, but as I explained people use our kegs for all sorts of things, from coffee and cocktails to kombucha and homebrewing beer, we can't "throw-in" an $89 item in case the person buying the keg wants to fill as a brewery who will only fill a certain way, as the vast majority will fill in the way I clearly described to you that needs no equipment. I also explained I was in Germany currently and communication would be patchy (the reason being I was at my wedding and honeymoon) as the staff in the warehouse were having problems accessing the email. You then sent an email showing that the needle on your regulator had moved and saying it was faulty. If you'd bothered to read ANY of the information in the instruction manual you would have seen that this is caused by screwing in or unscrewing a gas source without checking the regulator is turned off first. It's on many pages of the instruction manual in a BOLD RED WARNING. It's also on the top of the chat you were using to complain via, and in all the instruction videos I've made. The last few days I have been returning from my honeymoon to Australia, I arrived last night, so yes I am now responding to your review. The review software on our website gives us a couple of weeks to answer 1 star reviews before they are published to prevent spamming or unfair reviews being published without us at least having a chance to respond first and provide proof if we want the review to be deleted. It's a 3rd party and that is the only fair way to deal with the potential for people to abuse the system if they feel like they've been wronged. You can get a spare gauge for our regulators for if you forget to check it's turned off and damage it. And literally everything except doing the one thing that we point out many times will damage your system is ocvered by a warranty with us as you can see clearly from the more than 5500 reviews that are published on our website (verified by a 3rd party that checks they ordered from us first). You also published this review on our European website, so thanks for that, really shows that this is genuine review and not just someone being vindictive.

I have been amazed at how much they value their customers and pursue quality.
You will never deal with better people than those that run iKegger.

Great Product
I signed up on Kickstarter for iKegger 2.0, because it looked great. I wasn't disappointed when it was delivered. Within days of delivery I was contacted to advised that one part wasn't up to their quality standard and a replacement was sent to me. Since then I've been so impressed I bought an addition keg and additional iKegger 2.0 Push Button Tap & Keg Spear to give me 2 operational kegs. The quality is of the highest standard and the customer service is great.

iKegger equipment is AWESOME!!!
In a trying time for the company (launch of the iKegger 2.0) they were absolutely brilliant with communication all the way through. Delivery was quick and the product amazing. When I had questions, the staff were so helpful, even though I must have tried their patience! I have bought multiple times from iKegger and they never fail to exceed my expectations.

Been Home brewing now for just on 2 years and been buying from these guys all that time.
Just thought I would give them a call out on how great they have been with information, the quality of thier product is exceptional and even when I have ordered something wrong they have been so helpful in helping me correct my mistake.
They are one of a couple of my go to retailers to help me make better beer, and I am loving this new hobby.

They’re always quick to resolve any issues. I recently purchased a fermenter from them which had a part missing (probably missed by the manufacturer). They sent me the missing part within twenty four hours. Their prices are always competitive and service exemplary.
