iKegger Europe Avis 

I tried not to give a bad review because I'm proud of Dave for materializing a good idea into a product.
1. no Brewers on my side knew how to fill, i was so disappointed that i wanted to return the product to buy a standard kit but Dave doesn't pay for return postage therefore it's impossible for you to return the product if your not satisfied Even though he has a return guarantee.
After a lot of research and meeting local Brewers, we came up with a filling solution so I'm still using it, i had to buy some additional standard accessories. Dave had already stop responding to my queries by then.
2. The pressure gauge broke after using a single co2 mini bottle. Looks cute and small but bad quality. Contacted Dave a week ago and you guessed it, never hear back from him again. Guess I'm going to buy another standard gauge and setup today.

I think the keg is very good, you can set the pressure to have little to no foam when pouring. However, for a premium product, as it's cost way more than a standard setup, it has a non existent warranty because Dave will not reply. I'm sure he'll find the time to reply to this post 😂

Cannot post a review on his official website, they are probably all hand picked and even the reviews on this site is probably fake because there's no team! It's only Dave and you never hear back from them!

I signed up on Kickstarter for iKegger 2.0, because it looked great. I wasn't disappointed when it was delivered. Within days of delivery I was contacted to advised that one part wasn't up to their quality standard and a replacement was sent to me. Since then I've been so impressed I bought an addition keg and additional iKegger 2.0 Push Button Tap & Keg Spear to give me 2 operational kegs. The quality is of the highest standard and the customer service is great.

I have set myself up with your products from my kegerator, to the jockey box I always take camping, to the double walled insulated keg for parties.

I ordered numerous times in the pas tfive years at iKegger and from the beginning I was really welcomed with every question I threw at them. Also some of my kegs are also 5 years old and I didn't need to change anything except for the dip tube. So if you need anything Kegging related you shouldn't hesitate to order at iKegger.

Ich wurde hier sehr gut persönlich via Facebook beraten. Defekte Teile wurden schnell und kulant ausgetauscht.

Non responsive customer service. They only allow the top reviews on their own site and worst of all: If you already own premium beer connects for a corny keg, they probably don't fit the 'spears' iKegger offers (resulting in leakage and spilled beer). Just keep using the corny kegs and don't buy from this company. Fine if iKegger is using their own proprietary standards, but they should be transparent about it and they should not pretend that they use standard form factors. Since I got no response I don't really feel like buying the special iKegger disconnects you need to use their kegs and probably cannot use their expensive kegs at all.

Fantastic customer service here. These guys are really on top of things and are quick and responsive when you have a query. I cant recommend them enough if they gave a 6th star i would choose it.
