Good strong sturdy mail box which looks the part. Would have got 5 stars if they included a template to help locating where the holes are to be drilled and I think a sticker to show those posting that letters should be posted by lifting the lid rather than trying to open the door.

That’s also a very fair suggestion regarding a drilling template. We do include dimensions in the installation guide, but we appreciate that a physical template could make positioning even easier, and it’s something we’ll certainly take on board.

The letter box was delivered damaged
The letter box was delivered damaged. I called customer services several times but nobody answered. I emailed and eventually got a response saying “sorry and we will fix it” but then nothing further for the next 48 hours (and still nobody answering the phone) and I’m still in limbo. The box itself looks like it is good quality (if it was undamaged) but the customer service is not good so beware!

I found this Parcel Box was the one to except the biggest parcels without stepping up to the monster size box.
I went for the green coloured version which I have to say blending nicely with the house decor.

Bought a modern wall mounted…
Bought a modern wall mounted personalised mail box which said on the website was weatherproof and secure. It's so secure I can reach in and collect my mail (even the smallest envelope) without unlocking the door.
My hand fits nicely into the letter opening allowing me to get my mail. I'm still awaiting a response to my email from this company. When posting letters into the box the water runs off the lid straight into the box and collects at the bottom so I don't think the design is as good as it could be for the amount it costs

At the time of purchase, that model featured a larger mail aperture to accommodate bulkier post and small parcels. The opening dimensions were stated on the product page so customers could assess suitability before ordering.
With any delivery solution, there is a balance between accepting larger items and restricting access through the slot. The unit is designed to act as a secure delivery deterrent when installed at the recommended height and position.
Since then, we have continued to refine aspects of our designs in response to customer feedback and evolving delivery patterns.
With regard to weather protection, the lid is designed to deflect normal rainfall. As with most external letterboxes, extreme wind-driven rain can occasionally result in minor moisture ingress depending on location and exposure.
We respond to all enquiries received via our contact system, and if a message did not reach us at the time, we apologise for any frustration caused.

The worst service to say the least
Poor service to say the least!
Misleading information on the website on the product I bought which meant the product was unsuitable. Extremely disappointing service, refused to collect item or refund my postage. Was then told I had been ‘robbed’ by the cost I paid to return the box & had I asked for advice they would have provided a cheaper alternative, this comes despite me sending several emails and specifically asking for I love parcels to offer any alternatives to return the products, which was ignored like several other email I was sending!

dissatisfied
everything was ok till a few days after our builder fitted the parcel box one of personalised letters fell off !
I emailed the company with a picture , i didn’t realise at the time they were just stickers on the box ….
the email i received was quite rude and i was told that the letters dont just fall off and that my builder had wiped it off !
The letter had been on for a few days after the builder had left.
Im perplexed in thinking that even if the post box had been wiped down this shouldn’t have happened as its supposed to be an outside product , Im disappointed that this was so easy to come off😩.
The company said they would post more stickers out with instructions, unfortunately i haven’t received any yet ….😔

In this case the personalised lettering was applied by us prior to dispatch using exterior-grade vinyl suitable for outdoor use. Once correctly applied, it does not detach on its own.
We did not suggest that anyone deliberately removed it. However, where lettering becomes dislodged following installation, it is typically due to handling during fitting rather than a product defect.
We aim to communicate clearly and fairly at all times and are sorry if any previous correspondence did not feel that way.
