Your statement that the parcel was not received is incorrect. The shipment was delivered successfully and then you deliberately returned after you declined to pay the total amount due.

As clearly stated on Ilpresso.com, Cash on Delivery orders include mandatory government charges of 2% + 2% imposed by the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). These are regulatory taxes, not company fees, and apply to all COD customers without exception.

Misrepresenting the delivery status does not reflect the actual transaction record. We encourage customers to review the stated payment terms before placing COD orders.

If you wish to place a new order under the correct terms, our support team will assist you. Thank you.

I ordered a coffee syrup from this site…

I ordered a coffee syrup from this site for the first & last time unfortunately. I ordered the torani syrup around 18 november & kept using it until one day i saw the expiry date written on the bottle. It was 6.12.2025, so they literally sent the syrup with an expiry of less than a month!! How can you guys be so ridiculous!! Shame on you guys!

Faulty & Refurbished Machines being sold

Extremely poor customer service for a brand claiming to be an official Nespresso supplier. I bought a Vertuo Pop machine that leaked, got it replaced, and the replacement developed the exact same issue within two months. When questioned, I was told both machines were from the same batch. That explanation is alarming and raises serious concerns about faulty or refurbished machines being sold. Completely unacceptable.

Ilpresso has never represented itself as an official supplier or affiliate of Nespresso. We operate as an independent retailer, and this distinction has always been clearly communicated across our platforms.

Regarding the Vertuo Pop machine, both units in question were brand-new and covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. Being from the same production batch does not imply that the machines were faulty or refurbished; rather, it reflects standard inventory sourcing practices. At no point do we sell refurbished units as new.

Under warranty terms, a two-month-old machine that develops a functional issue is eligible for inspection and repair, not outright replacement—particularly when the issue is repairable and can be fully rectified within the active warranty period. This is consistent with industry-standard warranty policies.

While we remain committed to supporting our customers and resolving issues promptly, we also expect interactions to remain respectful and professional. Unwarranted allegations and an aggressive approach toward service teams are neither fair nor acceptable.

We stand by the quality of our products, our after-sales support, and our warranty obligations, and we remain available to assist through the appropriate service channels in a constructive manner.

I recently had to get my Nespresso Machine repaired

My name is Humaira from Karachi. I recently had to get my Nespresso machine repaired, and I have to say, the whole process went very smoothly. From the moment I contacted customer service, they were incredibly helpful and attentive. They quickly diagnosed the issue with my machine, which was not brewing properly, and guided me through the steps to prepare it for repair.

The turnaround time was impressive; I sent it in and received it back within 2 days, fully functional and as good as new. The repair team had clearly done a thorough job, and I appreciated the updates they provided throughout the process. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the repair experience and would recommend it to anyone facing issues with their Nespresso machine.
