I had to push for the results
I had to push for the results. We had 2 blood test in two different days and the results of the second day were published before the ones of the first day!

The best possible choice
The service was amazing, the doctor was so kind, and I was able to see my baby clearly.
The price was very affordable, and I also received a video, five photos, a fridge magnet, and a keyring — plus, as a surprise, a gift from the clinic.
As a mother, I felt very welcomed and well cared for. Thank you to everyone involved.

The scan itself was amazing and could…
The scan itself was amazing and could not fault the sonographer. Only downside is, we were verbally told that all photos and videos would be emailed over to us and we could choose one photo to be printed. As this was mentioned we didnt make no additional purchases, only to receive the email and realise no videos were involved. I emailed to ask whether these were missed by mistake, but was told that its because we didnt purchase them. I then called the say we didnt purchase as we were told they would be sent over, i then asked if i could make the purchase now only to be told unless we consent all videos and photos are deleted. Sadly we were really hopeful for these videos as it was the first heartbeat we heard, and had the communication been better we would have 100% purchased these before leaving the appointment.
