Absolutely fabulous experience
Absolutely fabulous experience. The clinic is very relaxing when you walk in. I was an anxious wreck before my early assurance scan and i was just made to feel at such peace. The lovely sonographer took the time to explain to me what i was seeing on the screen and gave me the reaaaurance to know my baby was growing as they should, pointing out their little heart beating as was too early to hear (7weeks+1)

I was made really comfortable while there for my reassurance scan. the room was really relaxing and the lady scanning me made me feel really at ease. Definitely recommend.

I was given a call to say that my scan…
I was given a call to say that my scan at 5 was being moved to 6 due to maintenance happening on the machines. When I got there at quarter to 6 ,The sonographer was 30 minutes late and walked in at 6:20 . The website doesn’t say that images aren’t included as in every other scan facility they are included in the price. I’ve never seen so many different things on a price list that other places simply don’t charge for at all ? No mention of measurement , GA, where my placenta is etc . All chargeable . The sonographer was lovely but overall I won’t be back it was the most expensive I’ve been to. In the largest company that also provide scans you get images and a video sent to you , 2 images to keep etc for £60 it feels like a rip off .

Excellent service all round
Excellent service. Gave me a same day appointment, even getting the full report and images back to me that evening in time for an appointment with my health care provider the next morning. Very friendly staff all round and a very professional and extremely knowledgeable practitioner. Good value for money. All of which helped move my diagnosis on quickly and gave me substantial peace of mind. Thoroughly recommend.

Lovely friendly staff and such a welcoming environment felt at ease, the lady doing the scan explained everything in so much detail it was very reassuring, got to choose which photo id like to take home and recieved all photos via email before id got home would highly recommend imaginatal

I had to push for the results
I had to push for the results. We had 2 blood test in two different days and the results of the second day were published before the ones of the first day!

Such a wonderful place
Such a wonderful place! As soon as you walk in, the place is so calming and relaxing. The woman front of 'house' is so friendly and helpful.
The sonographer was unbelievably patient and willing to try every which way to get a proper view of my shy baby boy for my gender reveal. She really didn't want to give up until we had the shot, she was so soothing and professional, talked through every image and made sure me and my partner knew fully what we were looking at! I cannot recommend this place enough, I ended up travelling an hour to get here and I would definitely do it again for this service!!
