its such a shame that I have to write this negative review. From when the boiler was fitted on the 22nd November 2025, one of the radiators in the kitchen would not work. it was only luke warm at the bottom section regardless of my husband bleeding it every day. The stat on radiator in my bedroom radiator stopped working as well.Plus we could not programme the room stat in our hall, we wanted to manage it manually not timed as we are retired.
An Engineer came out in January eventually( he was a nice person)and did manage to get the radiator in the kitchen working but it only lasted a few days, back to warm at the bottom. He replaced the the radiator stat on the radiator in my bedroom but it never worked.. I asked him could he help us get the wall stat in the hall be be used manually. He did try several times but it still didnt work as we wanted to.
I have contaced Improveasy in Early Feb and was told my message woudl be passed onto the Remedial Team. I then contacted again March 2026 and left a messages saying that now we have another radiator in the front room now not working. So that is Two radiaors now not working and the wall stat in the hall we could not control.I did say at that point that I was very worried about our warrenty as Improveasy were totally ignoring me. In the end I had to phone the Manufacturers regarding the wall stat and they kindly talked my husband through how to set it. Here we are now on the 25.04.2026 as what am I supposed to do now.. I cannot recommend Improveasy as their customer care does not exist, they fitted the boiler and do not want to provide a Warrantly, which they should have done. Very poor reponses to our problems.

In the end did not receive any new boiler from them, which I am glad for since they stated on the phone that they would not "make good" on repairs to the house if they damaged anything in the process of replacing the boiler. Best to avoid this company.

Chris and son Jake....arrived on time and were respectful and helpful from start to finish. Both were extremely professional and take pride in thier workmanship.
I can only say it was an excellent experience, keeping my son who worked from my home that day in the loop of when things were to be turned off etc.
They filled any holes that were a result of removing the old system to a great standard.
I cannot say anymore apart from these guys were amazing and I am so grateful for the new boiler and radiator....my home is so cosy and warm and I can control it all from my phone.
I am so happy.

Just making aware! Don't do business with them always when they need to pay money improveasy start playing cheap trick . Better don't trust them .we worked with them on eco but very bad experience. Not paying our money

Gheorghe the electrician is a gentleman and a professional, was very quick and efficient at setting up our thermostat and adjusting the temperature on our boiler. He did a perfect job with no issues to report.

Gheorghe electrician has gone above and beyond to help with the electrical side of having my boiler replaced. Gheorghe even attended the same day I had issues and did not leave until the issue was rectified. Gheorghe has amazing customer service and is very helpful and informative.

we were told by the company that we qualified for the grant to upgrade our 62 year old heating system, the surveyor came and checked everything and i told him that the pipework would probably need replacing as it was plastic coated steel and would probably fracture. He said that this would,nt be a problem and the fact that my wifes poor health would help. the fitters turned up, came up with a load of reasons why they couldn,t do it and thats the last we heard despite us sending several E mails. Would definitely not recommend

When our 35 year old gas boiler needed replacing I contacted Improveasy. From the first phone call all the staff were helpful and informative. Both Shane and Kevin undertook their surveys in a friendly and professonal way.
After the profiling was done, I was surprised that the fitting could take place within a week .Joe and Cameron worked very hard to finish the installation in one day so that we could have heating back on. They made a very neat job and we would never have realised that they had to take up carpets because everything was put back neatly.
I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

I would 100% recommend Improveeasy .
Initially I spoke to Luke who helped throughout the process and kept me up to date. James then came and explained everything followed by Hale who did the survey and I then was approved for the grant for air source heat pump ( I have a multifuel stove for heat as we have no gas in this area) Johnathan came who is the technical engineer he was so professional he has many years experience and he went above and beyond trying to find a place to put my air source heat pump .thank you...however because I live in a small cottage it proved impossible to find an area to put in an air source heat pump so that it would work efficiently... If they ever make smaller models in the future please contact me..Thank you all so much.

do not use this comapny if you want quality work. We are now gping through the ombudsman to hold this company accountable for the shoddy work. We have all the evidence. They sent workers who wanted to be paid for 3 days work but wanted to try and complete in 1. That give you an idea of the rush job that was done.

WORST COMPANY EVER!
I would never use this company again. They're a bunch of cowboys. They'll come into your home, make a mess, break things, leave it a state and then blame you for it. When you call them back to fix the 101 issues they left behind, they'll give you the lip service but nothing is ever done. The remedials manager who on multiple occasions asked for all the evidnece in which i sent, he then did nothing about it.. The amount of emails ive sent him only to be ignored. The company claim to have offered to fix this but because im not local thue cant get anyone out to me.. lol. Dont take on the work if im too far. I sent them 100s pictures of all the damage caused. He then became rude and aggressive towards me, trying to say what do you expect? A perfect finish 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️... no I dont expect perfection, I expect a decent standard of work. Caulk was used when silicone should have been used. They've literally painted on the plaster so thin you can see the boarding behind it, and then tried to claim you can only see it because I decided to paint it 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️

Just had to write a review for this company. What an excellent installation that has left us warm and cosy. There are a lot of people to thank, Shane, Luke, Danielle and Jess for completion of paperwork, keeping us informed at every stage of the installation thank you all. Kevin (survey), Pete and Shaun (cavity wall), Sam and Martin (fans), Joe and Cameron (boiler and radiator thermostats. Improve Easy have installed a new boiler for my elderly Mom under the government scheme. They are very friendly & helpful with any questions you have. They kept us informed from booking in to the day of installation. The installer Joe Cleary was very polite & friendly. He told us what was going to be done & explained how the system worked. Him & the lad that helped him worked very neatly & tidied up after themselves and took away all the old boiler & tank. Highly recommend this company. They even came out a few weeks later to check the system was working ok & again gave advice on use of the system.
